Adding users to the site is a bit of a faff. Not as simple as creating a user from an admin side but having to add the user using their email address and then they set up the account. Mobile application not as stable as web application, I often have trouble with not getting notifications and that the app itself freezes. When I get a notification the newest message from that user doesn't show until i reload or choose the person from the list of contacts. The overall user interface could improve some.
