We implemented Matter for our team in January. We looked at several different rewards programs before deciding. Matter was the most affordable and integrated with Slack so easily. What I like the most are the Kudos, the space it provides to give collaborators messages of appreciation for everything they do every day. The feedback we can request or give seems great to me because it evaluates very specific skills that are required nowadays. This last one has helped me a lot to know where to improve.
