It was tough to understand and get around at first. The team gets a notification, people can add their own messages to the card, and I'm not the bottleneck. I also like that it doesn't feel impersonal even though it's automated. The messages people write are heartfelt. The whole platform has transformed how and how often we communicate to each other. It has improved communication and brought back necessary recognition company wide that was missing. The platform is easy to integrate and implement and works in connection with our current softwares. Additionally, the customer support is phenomenal!
