Matter is very easy to use, it's simple and colourful. I like how people can give each other kudos and acknowledge all the positives and when you work from home and don't hear from a many of your colleagues, sometimes its nice that they know that you're there, you've helped and when its your birthday. I don't like how you need to click out of the chat for a GIF to stop playing. It can be distracting being on loop, but I just click to another conversation so I can no longer see it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Teams app integration is awesome! It took less than a minute to install and 5-10 minutes to customize with company values, upload work anniversaries, and company branding. There isn't much downside when it comes to Matter. It's easy to cash out my coins for gift cards and everything happens in Teams. I do wish I could be notified more of my feedback inside Teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
