There are some areas that could use improvement such as customization for columns that remain static in both search and my tasks. Customization of my tasks is a big one. Search functionality for all users not just full users would be beneficial. There are also areas of document control that need improvement (no reject of DC collaboration, and the ability for a reject workflow to go through without all original collaborators signing off on the revisions). The fact that the original modules work slightly different makes it hard for buy in and hard to train end users. When creating procedures we literally have to log in to each module to verify functionality when if they all worked the same it would make it easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Master Control has been very beneficial to help eliminating documents in my company. We have multiple products with Master Control. Now that we are transitioning to AQEM the artificial integration we have saved time and were allowed to eliminate extra questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Qx has been very helpful in organizing our MoC's (Management of Change/Change Requests) in order to track who has signed and where in the Change items are. It has also helped us be able to make sure all pertinent departments are involved in case a dept is effected by the changes happening they can add in their reviews of any systems that are needed.

In addition to MoC's, QX has been fantastic is making deviations and out of specification events trackable for everyone from batch release to document control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I could think of being a downside is the searching for a deviation or other similar event. It would be nice to be able to use the advanced search option to search for a deviation or other event instead of having to go through FBS module. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The workflows and settings are easy to configure. Usability has greatly improved allowing users to easily create and revise documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
