What do you like best about Mastera?

I love that the software is all in one. Has the ability to book classes and appointments and on demand classes. keep all clients in one general place on the internet for doing business with our brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mastera?

The platform is in it baby stages. while there is a lot that is working, there are also some major functions of the platform that have unresolved glitches and are in the middle of fixes. Ex. the chat widget, waiting on a Android inbox app (to launch in 2 months), the appointment and class booking feature needs cancelation windows and to fix some double booking issues. overall great bones! What do you like best about Mastera?

I am very new to Mastera, and I have subscribed based on a new business idea that I have, but wasn't able to put my finger on how to execute it. Mastera came along and provided me with some inspiration on how I could put the business into motion without a lot of work. I've explored the tool so far with ease and am finding it very intuitive and user friendly. I'm far from live, so cannot comment on any successes, but I am pretty confident that this tool will help me get to where I want to be with my use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mastera?

There hasn't been anything that stands out yet - I'm still quite new and have not used other platforms in the space that I can compare it to. At this point, I see no need to explore others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mastera solving and how is that benefiting you?

I want to start selling specific expertise via pre-recorded videos, and hosting live training sessions to monatize. I see this platform as being my method to go to market quickly and test the use case to see if it's a feasible business idea. What do you like best about Mastera?

The Zoom integration for live classes and instruction is great.

Support has been very responsive and seem to want to make this the best platform available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mastera?

I purchased Tier 3 and the only complaint I have is that to have the platform completely white label I need to purchase 2 more accounts. For me this isn’t a deal breaker. The Mastera logo in the footer isn’t that large and if it supports the platform I’m happy to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mastera solving and how is that benefiting you?

I help Seniors Master their iPhones and iPads. The roadmap continues to grow. I'm looking forward to their adding of quizzes and assignments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mastera?

I like how easy it is to create

What do you dislike about Mastera?

I do not like the fact that there is only one payment processor. Stripe doesn't suit my business needs for personal reasons. I am excited to see PayPal added in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mastera?

I like that I can sell merchandise, the Zoom timed-release feature to avoid non paying customers into live classes, and the option to have a white labeled mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Still working on some other integrations with video integration. However, I heard back from video hosting 3rd party platforms, and its issue on their end with.mp4. If you are using common platforms should not be an issue though. If doubts, check with Mastera - they are pretty responsive and have superb support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Video courses are very common, and it's the way to go now. Some other platforms I have used over the years are cost-prohibitive. This platform allows you to focus on video courses on a beautiful website. It's also easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
