What do you like best about Martello Vantage DX?

Easily solve problem that lowering call quality on Microsoft Teams Phone Calling Plans. Call center is ciritical for us to connect and provide support for customer and clients. What do you dislike about Martello Vantage DX?

I have not experince anything to dislike about this platform. It maybe confusing on the first initial contact after onboarding, but that is the only one experience that I had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Martello Vantage DX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scalability ability to integrate and analyzed our phone call program has improve our call center effectiveness in responding to call support. Easy to navigating betweem tools to find problem and issues with the operation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
