We have rarely faced development issues with MarkMagic. When recommending the software and in final quotations, there may be pushback from customers on pricing. I believe other applications such as Bartender are less expensive but are not as useful for enterprise printing. In that regard, MarkMagic may not be for everyone. It is a rock solid product. After you have the forms designed the way you want them it is a set it and forget it product. I never have any issues with the product. Not sure about later versions, but custom packingslips were always a pain do to the 30 character text limit. Lots of moving around to get it to look correct. What you see in the software doesn't always line out on how it prints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been working with Cybra to integrate their printing software into our customers' software systems. It has been a big win win for both our customers and ourselves. We are better off being able to provide our customers with a powerful label printing tool that can be reused rather than having to outsource client's needs over and over. Ease of Integration with existing ERP

Where I have run into problems with MarkMagic is in using 2D barcodes. The time to generate 2D barcodes is substantially longer than a similar 1D linear barcode.
