What I like most about Adobe Marketo Engage is how powerful and flexible it feels once you start using it regularly.
For me, the biggest highlight has been the lead management and nurturing workflows. I have been able to set up detailed smart campaigns, scoring rules, and segmentation that actually reflect real user behavior. Once everything is configured, it runs smoothly in the background and saves a lot of manual effort.
I have also really liked how well it integrates with CRM systems (especially Salesforce). It made it much easier to keep marketing and sales aligned, and I didn't have to worry about data mismatches or delays.
Another thing I’ve personally found valuable is the reporting and analytics. I can track campaign performance, see what’s working, and adjust quickly. The level of detail helps in making better decisions instead of guessing.
Overall, what stands out to me is that it gives a lot of control and customization. It can feel complex at first, but once I got comfortable with it, it became a very reliable tool for running and optimizing campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about Adobe Marketo Engage is that it has a fairly steep learning curve, especially when setting up more advanced workflows. It's easy to make mistakes in smart campaigns if you’re not careful, and debugging can take time.
In larger programs, I have noticed performance can slow down, particularly when working with big lists or complex programs.
Overall, while it's very powerful, it definitely requires experience and careful setup to use it efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
