What problems is Marketing Automation Corp solving and how is that benefiting you?

I engaged Marketing Automation Canada to assist with the design of a Marketing Cloud solution that would be able to import a data report from Salesforce into a data extension and make decisions on when to send email messages based on a date column in that data extension. Instead of having them do the work, I asked them to train our team to implement the design and review the final configuration. Their design work and training were great! Everything from simple troubleshooting to in-depth strategy, workflow and automation setups, salesforce integration setup and new processes, reporting, dashboarding - you name it, they have been able to help.

I'm a first-time Marketo user after working with several of Marketo's competitors. I thought I would catch on with little training, but I didn't realize just how different Marketo is. Without the expertise of the MAC team, I'd be left in a boat without a paddle. The expert knowledge that the MAC team has with Marketo has helped me set up our instance and operate daily much more quickly than if I were to go on my own and watch YouTube video after YouTube video. Many thanks to the team at MAC for helping us be successful with the very powerful Marketo software! They are truly an extension of our in-house digital marketing team.
