MAC is helping me get my new email campaign software up and running efficiently and effectively. We communicate weekly with a list of nearly 1 million customers via email campaigns and we needed a new solution to better customize the consumer experience. Umema and Manish were incredibly helpful from the moment I joined BIO. Marketo was a completely new platform for me and very different from any other email marketing tool I’d used before, but thanks to their guidance, I was able to get up to speed quickly. We needed advice how to better optimize Marketo Engage and clean our marketing database to enable syncing with our CRM and clean out old records. Aditi was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She met with me and my team repeatedly, diagnosed the root causes of multiple problems with our instance, and provided actionable solutions. When we had a marketing ops role filled, they helped us with our Marketo architecture and ensuring our programs were working to their best. When we lost our marketing ops role, they were able to come in and completely fill that gap for us. HubSpot is a powerful platform, but our team was light on HubSpot experience. We teamed up with Marketing Automation Corp (MAC) to get all levels of guidance and help with HubSpot, from strategic direction to solving grungy tactical problems. Ashley in particular has been amazing. She has become a go-to member of our team. Across Sales, Marketing and our CEO, Ashley is sought after for help and advice. When necessary, Ashley pulls in the right experts from MAC into our conversations to solve the myriad of revenue operations issues we face. I highly recommend MAC! We had an challenge in regards to following up on quote requests that were added to our e commerce site. Management needed oversight to see what quotes were won and lost. The last company i had couldn't do it, said that bringing draft orders from shopfiy into hubspot to have automation and follow ups didn't exist, i knew they were wrong and found someone Sonal that could get it done.
