MarketGoo fills the gap for an affordable tool that's easy to use. Alternative tools are either very robust and focused on professional users and teams, but they aren't that easy to use and don’t focus on simplicity the way we do; or they are too simple,focusing only on checking links, and giving recommendations assuming the user already has knowledge on how to make these updates to their site. We are continually creating new recommendations as well as updating existing ones, updating our user interface and talking with our users about what they want to see in our tool.

What do you like best about marketgoo?

the usability, it's so easy to use, it's very intuitive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is marketgoo solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was looking for a tool to improve my online presence, especially in terms of knowing what my competitors are doing and what keywords are right for me, and this tool did exactly that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about marketgoo?

I didn't see any benefits of using the product. The suggestions seemed a bit generic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about marketgoo?

Automatically charging after trail period ends without proper warning.

After removing app immediately after trial not receiving refund.

This is basically a scam hoping people don't read the terms and conditions.

Hi!

When signing up, there is a note explaining the trial lasts 10 days and you can cancel any time before they are up without being billed. You then receive emails during your trial reminding you that if you do not take any action to cancel your plan, the card we have on file will be charged. If you feel these messages were not enough, we truly would appreciate your feedback on what kind of notification you would have liked to receive.

Please keep in mind the reason refund policies exist and you agree to them before signing up, is so there is a mutual understanding on what will happen if you cancel or continue the service. If you consider we misrepresented this information or weren't clear enough on what would happen after 10 days, please provide us feedback on how to improve on this particular point.
