I really appreciate the enrichment feature that lets us run campaigns automatically, and every email and LinkedIn message is personalized, which allows my team to focus on selling. The best part about marketbetter is that it has freed up time for my sales team. The Chrome extension lets us automatically outreach from Sales Navigator and automates the process of reaching out to prospects attending conferences, which we couldn't do with Salesloft. Additionally, I love how the automatic outreach uses a HubSpot list and prospects it automatically. We can upload any list, and the LinkedIn enrichment and AI agent make emails so personalized with critical deliverability. The one thing is we need to create an audience first for the Chrome extension to import a list from Sales Navigator. I really find MarketBetter valuable because the AI assistant makes my life easier by saving a lot of time, effort, and energy in writing and creating emails. It scans companies to find the best fit for ours. I like how, when properly integrated with our company, MarketBetter allows us to see who joins our website, tells you what they click on, their interests, and displays a sequence that we can send out right away. Some of the UI could be changed to be more user-friendly. It's a lot of integration on the back end, and as someone who is not very technologically savvy, I don't understand some of the back end stuff. What I like most about Marketbetter is the enablement it gives me to be successful in my role. I really like how Marketbetter categorizes tasks and signals, which helps me significantly. I love the intent information and their ability to outreach across email, LinkedIn, and voicemail. We were talking to the usual suspects in this space and not only was everyone about 10x more expensive but implementation timeline and costs were not within what we expected. Once we started discussions with MarketBetter, it was like everything just worked. Implementation, how about a fully turn key , set up and ready to go agent in less than half a day.
