nothing major, but perhaps the email authorization process gets funky at times, where an email comes through as undeliverable. Would be nice to catch it then and there and not let it come through unless/until verified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They have an effective sales pitch. Promise to provide leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Market Leader?

Their technology looks like it came from the 1990s. The "leads" they sold were all worthless. They disconnected my email at the beginning of January and wouldn't restore until February. I exported everything and went elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Market Leader:

Don't use them. You will be unhappy with your website, unhappy with the CRM, and really unhappy with their customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
