What do you like best about Market Leader?

I like the ease of inputting new contacts and then being able to assign them to tasks to get reminders to followup and stay in front of my contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Market Leader?

I do not like the mobile application as you can not read your emails on your phone. Have to go to your computer to do so. On the website/email side I do not like that I can't view my emails on outlook. I am not able to flag or organize my emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

HTML editing function. Plus a good set of templates for email responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Market Leader?

It would be great to see the names of all of the actual new contacts in the daily update. For example, if we get 12 returning visits, who are those people? There's also the problem with the ability to customize the banner: with only one size choice, it really limits creativity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
