MT is super expensive, their payroll options SUCK. You can only set one pay rate for each person in your system, so if you have different class lengths, or someone works front desk and teaches, you have to pay for yet another service that is $100/month that integrates with them. Additionally, I got MT and integrated their scheduling widget into my Wix website, and my students must accept all cookies for their widget to work. As you can imagine, not everyone is doing this, so I get at least 5 messages a day from folks who cannot book or buy my services. Their tech team tells me the only solution is to add a banner that says you must accept cookies to book, which frankly, is bullshit. Something that costs upwards of $750 per month should integrate with all cookies and all websites. It has ben an absolute nightmare for me, and I would highly recommend going with someone else. Mariana Tek is relatively inexpensive and easy to implement. It works well as a simple POS for a membership driven organization. It requires very little training for both employees and clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For a multi-unit organization, Mariana Tek is just not sophisticated enough to really be useful with the need for custom reporting. The customer support is often lacking and if you need any questions answered, you are redirected to read articles or simple matters have to get escaled. Many features are just not available and may be added in future updates. For inventory and retail sales, the platform is just too simplistic and the product catalog management very time consuming and inadequate. In order to track and report on intercompany or studio member usuage, you will need custom reporting and the use Snowflake or something else to query the data and create custom data pulls. Membership movement and transfers are also not readily available or easily managed. In addition, your only available credit card processor is Stripe with merchant reporting unavailable and chargeback process problematic. In additon, you are limited to other payment types that you are able to accept, therefore you are unable to negotiate merchant processing fees. Finally, standard integrations with other systems are not readily available. Overall, it's ok for a small business, but is problematic as you start to expand and franchise. * The sandbox environment is perfect for building integrations: it's equipped with the right amount of test data for thorough testing (which should be expected but isn't common in other platforms we've built for). I haven't come across this feature in any other Fitness Management Software, but having a client library written for many popular languages would significantly expedite development. Perhaps something akin to what AWS offers: writing (and maintaining) code in one language and then translating it into many others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The app and web widgets are modern and they seamlessly fit into your business branding. Very easy to use.

Everything is built from the ground up on top of a robust API. This means you can expect consistent behavior and increased stability throughout all channels (web admin, mobile app, integration partners). They have a growing list of integration partners who add additional functionality to the core product.

- The inability to create separate booking/cancellation windows dependent on class type (I.e. livestream vs. in person)

- We never received any information that was promised about a different video on demand partner to replace IP Studios

- No history of past freezes in client accounts once membership is unfrozen.

- The inability to edit individual product's (especially memberships or class packages) pricing for an individual client.
