Maptive has a very user friendly interface, allowing for controlled mapping solutions for business needs. With easy data management of thousands of locations, territory overlays, custom map markers and many other useful features, it filled a need within our business nicely. The ability to view set locations, print high resolution maps and keep the maps on brand makes Maptive a very useful product. Their support is great and they are open to new feature suggestions and input from their customers. It's a fantastic solution to many business mapping needs. It's currently not as customizable as some code-based map api's (Mapbox, etc.), which is not a fair comparison, nor will it allow for concise map theme control (or import of JSON themes from Google's MapStyle or SnazzyMaps), but they are working on these exact features and upgrades. I am a Territory Planning and Development Analyst. Maptive has become an integral part of my job. It is essential for us to visually see where opportunity is located in an area we are targeting by using the import option to import our prospects and leads, creating territories around them by using the shading feature, sharing them with others and then adjusting them accordingly.

Analyzing and developing territories has been a portion of my job for the past 7 years and was recently turned into a full time position. I believe a big part of that decision was made possible by others seeing the importance of what I do through Maptive.

Additionally, I have never experienced better customer service from any other company. I can always rely on them to return my emails very quickly, sometimes within minutes. Time is money, and when you have someone who you can rely on to make sure deadlines are met, that makes a world of difference and makes your job so much easier. This is an excellent mapping tool for mapping multiple locations. I like how you can create an optimized route once all of the points were plotted. Also, we had over 40 locations (staff members' houses) plotted and we were able to divide the area into quadrants and create an optimized route for each quadrant. I struggled some with the labeling of the map markers. It may have been user error, but I had to dig some and reach out for help to figure out how to get the labels to automatically show up on the map markers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate that it is easy to use and fairly intuitive. When I do get stuck the online training and tips are clear and helpful. The Maptive team has been responsive and supportive with training. Maptive has made a massive difference for our sales teams. We tried every sales territory mapping tool on the market, and Maptive was the only one that did everything we needed and was still easy to use. Their customer service teams are excellent and were always available when we needed help. The built-in demographics data has been beneficial for identifying new markets. The tool is extremely user friendly. Navigating the different functionalities was simple and intuitive. I was able to effectively able to map the canvassing territory for the sales team down to the specific road in a neighborhood. This directly increased our conversion and sales. There are a lot of features that allow for drawing tools and it would be helpful if this platform allowed us to measure roofs. This would directly help us disqualify roofs that wont be able to fit the panels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
