I like the simplicity of Maple. It's a much needed service in the market when it is increasingly more and more difficult to find appointments with specialists ranging from dermatologists to psychiatrists. I dislike the price points to some extent. I understand that this is for profit healthcare but some appointments run well over $100. Terrible experience. Couldn't get a doctor to see me for an extremely basic request. I was hoping to get a requisition for bloodwork for some basic markers (something that Maple advertises as a good reason to use their service). I had my appointment request cancelled twice, telling me to see my doctor in person, with no explanation as to why.
