What do you like best about Map Dynamics?

What do you dislike about Map Dynamics?

Well, I'd say two things; but, now that the platform is fully HTML5 and no longer requires Flash, my only dislike is that there isn't an easy way to process offline payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Map Dynamics?

We used MapD for a very different application than their regular client. So there were a few things we had to adjust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Map Dynamics solving and how is that benefiting you?

On the front end, the fact that the client can actually see the facility's layout and choose their desired location was great! In the back end, we really appreciated how easy it is to monitor the clients' accounts, especially the billing aspect. It's a no-brainer. Map Dynamics is very easy to use. I was able to get an hour of training and was off and working on building a floor map in no time. You can allow speakers and exhibitors to create and edit their profiles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Map Dynamics?

The variety of functions make this a powerful platform. I especially like how Map Dynamics is a storage tool for valuable information placed in there by the exhibitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Map Dynamics?

I would like to see instruction bubbles pop up on the exhibitor input side of the platform. Some exhibitors failed to add applicable content because they didn't know how to do it. A dropdown instruction box would be handy to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Map Dynamics:

Use the services provided by the support team because their quality of the art is exceptional. Participate in the administrative training before starting your event so that the entire process runs smoothly.
