i like that the software has all of the needed addons to start a manufacturing environment from scratch. you dont need to interconnect multiple pieces of software and upkeep the links. the user interface is average, nothing amazing but also nothing that would cause me to shy away from it. switching from app to app is quick and painless. the support has been great with teams both within the US and Europe, they also have a well rounded self help area and ticketing system for indirect support. i have not used any of the AI features, i am not sure if they exist or not. The price is on par with similar products, however they have recently changed their pricing models that have made it notably more expensive. the software is not as intuitive to new users as other software like ION, but it has more capability as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
