At Satisloh, our customers are the top priority. Before In Mind Cloud, we already thought of a strategy to improve customer experience. But only In Mind Cloud was able to help us achieve our vision of offering a next-generation B2B customer experience. Out of all the sales solutions we evaluated, In Mind Cloud stood out with its superior end-user experience, and incredibly easy to maintain and administrate system. It also has an unparalleled integral approach and tight integration with our manufacturing backend SAP ERP. But most of all, the Digital Sales Platform is easy to use, and flexible enough to fit our business needs.

The performance of the Digital Sales Platform CPQ has been great. Since implementing it, we can create proposals the moment we get any requests from our customers. I hope to see that the next update also makes the Aftersales Commerce system faster.

We value the flexible SAP integration. It enables us to leverage and re-use ERP product models from Variant Configuration for all our configuration and pricing scenarios. Another big advantage is the sales friendly KMAT whilst keeping the production KMAT in the ERP with all the details. Our sales teams can configure at new and unexpected speed in the cloud, thanks to the easy and user-friendly UI. Another big value-add of Manufacturing X is its exceptional extensibility for additional application logic.

The opportunity to compare a various version to the same project is very good as well.

With Manufacturing X our dealers and sales representatives can now quickly create design-based quotes for irrigation projects in minutes rather than days. The powerful calculation engine together with the dynamic visualization capabilities and ERP integration helps us to create an easy user experience for our end-user

We have a quiet complicated scenario with pressure calculations for each pipe in an irrigation system which also influences all other components. To make this scenario work and present it to the user in an easy-to-use way was a challenge a challenge. I’m satisfied.

Manufacturing is a highly useful tool to increase the efficiency of each company's factory budget. The service allows users to create budgets quickly and error-free, allowing for favorable results for users. The software is available through the web, has a workflow system, price and cost calculations, self-service portals, 2D drawings and 3D modeling that makes people work efficiently. One aspect that has to be emphasized of this product is that its interface has a very innovative design, very well represented and highly functional to work with high professionalism and complete comfort.

**What do you dislike about Zilliant CPQ?**

To be honest this service has very few disadvantages to mention, since its operation is very stable and fast, however the software needs its developers to implement marketing strategies because compared to other manufacturing alternatives not a very commercial software and many people are not aware of the existence of this service, I also consider that their support team is a little slow to provide support to users to solve problems because it usually takes several hours to provide answers, which sometimes can become something really annoying.

The reasons why I can speak very well of manufacturing x sales platform, are its high performance, great innovation, highly productive to use in any environment and great experience that provides when operating your system, manufacturing is a tool that compared to many other competitors is worth acquiring because it makes a big difference once it is acquired.

One of the reasons I’m leaving is that I felt I was not challenged enough at the job. As a new employee in the working world, the company offered me a great opportunity for a good entry-level position—one that I’ll always be grateful for. However, after being there for so many years, I felt I wasn’t able to fulfill all of my potential because of a real lack of challenge. There was no room for advancement in the company. While I did enjoy working there and appreciate the skills I developed, I feel my skill set can be better employed elsewhere. Somewhere my capabilities are more recognized, and where there is the opportunity for growth.

The best features of the product was probably the versatile UI and ease of usage for me. Because after the GUI of other ERP systems, this product was a very good experience for me.

**What do you like best about Zilliant CPQ?**

Probably the best part for me was the UI, after old ERP UI experiences it was like a dream.

**What do you dislike about Zilliant CPQ?**

Mostly it covered all of our processes and needs, maybe it may run a little bit faster but this is not a stopper.

**Recommendations to others considering Zilliant CPQ:**

The scope must be clarified very carefully and every step must be considered in terms of application of the product for customer processes. With unclarified scope and request, no product will be effective for a project. Therefore, understanding and embracing the whole processes and needs of customer is essential. Once it is done, you can decide if it fits to your customer needs or not.

Also another advice from my side would be is working with experts and investigating the documents by checking every advised solutions carefully. Because you may see that with some of problems which seem like really difficult or impossible to solve, there is an easy solution within the product which prevents the unnecessary effort and time loss during the implementation. So checking every document and solutions which are suggested and confirmed by official team would help you a lot in terms of implementation and usage.

As a last advice, the development scopes must be clarified before implementation and must be checked if there is any conflict or blurry point within these request. Because you may see that with some of problems which seem like really difficult or impossible to solve, there is an easy solution within the product which prevents the unnecessary effort and time loss during the implementation as I said before formerly. But if you clarify everything, I'm pretty sure that this product will cover all of your needs.

We've used it for our sales processes, and in both handling the sales process and tracking these processes are fastened and became more measureable.

The solution provides a unified platform for all our engineering and sales data. It delivers transparency across all our departments and plant locations, so we can focus on the right opportunities at the right time to maximize our manufacturing utilization targets. Manufacturing X allows our engineering teams to compute and calculate costs and prices in real-time. Thanks to the interactive costing and pricing feature, we can instantly compare profit margins for different versions along with minimum order quantities and configurations, so we can come up with attractive solutions for our customers and healthy margins for us.

The speed and performance of the application can be further improved.

We established global cost and margin control, end-to-end integrated workflows and are able to make fast and informed business decisions for the future of our business. We were also able to reduce the cycle time for cost build-up and tender submission times.

I am an industrial engineer and a marketing lead consultant. I worked hard on optimization models in past. I think that this platform can evaluate the forecasting and optimization competencies by integrating with the marketing product. For this reason i liked  and drew my attention.

I have doubts about the flexibility of adaptation and development capabilities.
