**What do you like best about Store Inventory & Fulfillment?**

Store Inventory and Fulfillment enhance the in-store customer experience, boosts sales, and prepares the ground for buy-online-pick-up-in-store and ship-from-store operations.

**What do you dislike about Store Inventory & Fulfillment?**

They do not provide any trial versions. The company mostly focus on the large customer.

**What problems is Store Inventory & Fulfillment solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows for parcel package staging, packing, shipping, and tracking with leading parcel carriers. Furthermore, assist employees in the following pick and pack instructions for specialty items, personalized requests, and product-specific tasks.

Productivity tracking is very helpful in judging pickers and shippers

**What do you dislike about Store Inventory & Fulfillment?**

The software is garbage. It is glitchy and ultimately not as useful as our old system

**What problems is Store Inventory & Fulfillment solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're having issues with software and hardware agreement. We having glitching issues and loosing orders

What I like best is how you can scan and item that you are shipping to find which customer it goes to. 

**What do you dislike about Store Inventory & Fulfillment?**

If you cancel an order, there is no way of going back to change your decision. 

**What problems is Store Inventory & Fulfillment solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shipping orders are easier and customer information is kept securely in the database.
