What do you like best about Manhattan Active® Labor Management?
I have closely worked with Manhattan Active suite, which includes LM, inventory and other Supply chain management product.
It provides a real time labor tracking.
LM is build to scale, since it is a cloud native.

What do you dislike about Manhattan Active® Labor Management?

Speaking from a management standpoint, we have had to do a lot of behind the scenes work ourselves to accommodate for systematic changes in Labor Management to aide it in working for us. We are constantly having to do very analytical functions within Labor Management as opposed to utilizing it as the tool it was perceived to be on the production floor in order to increase our efficiency as a department. We have more visibility and control of the time and quality of labor within our warehouse, which let us know the potential, capability, and necessities we have.
