The customer service and onboarding with Mangomint has been superb.  You can tell they value their customers and are working hard to make their software the best it can be.  Extremely user friendly and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Mangomint?**

Almost nothing!  The features we are wanting they are launching shortly or are working on.

**What problems is Mangomint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are now able to customize each and every service to each team member... more time, different pay scale, etc.  Schedule changes for staff are quick and easy.  Client experience is simple and easy to navigate.

My company Enriched Aesthetics starting using Mangomint about a year ago and I have to say we are so happy. The program is so easy to use and their support is phenomenal. The program has everything you will need including online booking. I highly recommend it.

If there's anything that could be improved, it would be reporting.  I'm sure that will come in time

**What do you like best about Mangomint?**

I did an exhaustive search of all the CRMs out there, and MangoMint was one of the only ones that had all the features I want.  It's a  robust system with all the bells and whistles, and customizable depending on your needs.  It's also very simple and easy to set up and use.

Their support team is also very friendly and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Mangomint?**

I do wish there were more customization for customers, such as job title, organization, spouse, etc.  It would be nice if you could search on these terms.  It would also be great if the system had a way of automatically checking for duplicates.

Also, some of the features I like are in upgraded versions.  MangoMint is already higher than most of the other software, so these features will be out of reach for a while for me.

It combines everyting - CRM, point of sale, automated emails, calendar, online booking, payroll info...  I need something that integrates all this, so it's very helpful.

Our onboarding team member, Marissa was extremely helpful.  We has several on boarding sessions and all questions were answered timely.
The chat portion is great.
Ease of scheduling with ' express booking' and two way texting via the app is awesome.

Downsides- not being able to search a gift card by name and inability to color code the different services.

**What do you like best about Mangomint?**

Mangomint and their team have exceeded our expectations in every way. Their people are kind, knowledgeable, and very responsive. They have real people answering chat no matter the time of the day. When I have more detailed questions, the team is eager to get on a video meeting to discuss. The product is intuitive, tailored towards our business needs, and is constantly improving. In the short time we've been working with Mangomint, they've released Payroll and Email Marketing capabilities in their platform. Implementation is super easy. They offer onboarding services (for FREE), but I was able to do it myself using their Learning Center.

**What do you dislike about Mangomint?**

All of my experiences to date have been positive. There are a few capbilities I like to see added, such as selling Memberships online. However, these enhancement are on their roadmap. They have a clear vision for the product and are laser focused on this mission.

Mangomint is the foundation for our business operations. We use the platform to manage clients, book and sell products & services, track sales, payment processing, track and manage employee time and payroll, as well as email marketing.

Mangomint software is very user friendly and intuitive  app. Seems to be very thorough and reliable.
Customer service is the best part, if you are not sure about anything, they are always there and very friendly and knowledgeable!

There are some missing components, expiration of a form after a year etc, detailed breakdown of receipt (only gives total), but I'm sure these things will be fixed down the road too

The platform is so easy to use, it's designed beautifully and I love that my clients don't have to create passwords. The response time is quick when I need help and for a Mobile Spa, such as mine, the booking system meets all of our special and specific needs.

That clients cant redeem gift cards with online booking

Because were mobile, we cant allow our clients to book and confirm their appointments. Mangomint allows us to approve appointments prior to booking.

**What do you like best about Mangomint?**

Mangomint has helped my business excell. The interface is very easy to use and to the point. The add on features are great because I can utilize them to keep all of my info in one place. I love the payment software that allows for secure payment links when clients are shopping from home. The integration from my previous system was simple and their customer service team is fabulous and quick to respond. The entire system is perfect for my medispa (especially since we use it daily) and I'm glad I found them!

**What do you dislike about Mangomint?**

At this time, the only downside I can think of is there isn't special pricing for Canadian customers because the US exchange rate it brutal right now. But, that's also not their fault. Nothing would prevent me from signing up with Mangomint again!

Mangomint has allowed me to manage my company, including accounting reports and client retention which is very helpful. Everything is laid out very easy so I can understand it!

Mangomint is not only the easiest to use booking platform that I have tried but also the customer service was exceptional. Supportive and listened to my needs and addressed these promptly.

The only thing I can see at this moment that would make our scheduling better is to see a complete weekly view and all our service providers schedules in one place. 
Otherwise we are in love with the platform.

Mangomint has truly transformed the way I manage my business. The user-friendly interface makes scheduling appointments very simple, and the customization options allow me to tailor it to my spa’s specific needs. The standout features for me are the service customizations, integrated forms, and two-way texting. Customer support is exceptional; the team is responsive and always ready to assist with any questions or issues.

**What do you dislike about Mangomint?**

There is honestly nothing I dislike about Mangomint, but a couple of features I wish were available would be the ability to add expiration dates to gift cards, and to sell packages as gift cards. I would also like a larger character limit when adding customization options for services.

**What problems is Mangomint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mangomint has significantly cut down on the number of no shows with automated text and email reminders; integrated forms has freed up time for our receptionists as they no longer need to manually send them to clients; lastly, we love Express Booking! Having the ability to text our clients a link to fill out credit card information takes the awkwardness out of asking for it on the phone at the time of booking, and I believe our clients feel more secure in doing it this way.

We are still trying to learn all the tools. I can't think of anything I dislike. Just wish I knew it better. It will come in time.

Happy to have the cancellation fee auto-response. Some will always think this does not apply to them, however, it seems to have created fewer no-shows and or last-minute cancellations.

Mangomint is fantastic! It is everything I have been looking for as I opened up my second salon location. It is easy to use and the customer service is great! I am thankful for the quick support with any questions I have. I love the simplicity of updating any stylists info and schedules, as well as, services!

The only thing I wish they integrated at this point is email marketing. I also wish they didnt charge separately for messaging because the cost is already a bit higher than competitors.

I love that the client forms automatically upload into the clients file. It saves us time with keeping track of clients info. I also love the reports and forecasting reports.

**What do you like best about Mangomint?**

Simple, intuitive and seamless in roll-out, we've been running operations for two months. Everything is balanced and affords the right amount of reporting to manage and interact with clients. The support team is THE BEST I've worked with in 35 years of being in the tech industry. The more I use MangoMint, the more I want to use it, which says a lot about the polished interface - clients and team members also love it. I'm convinced this product and company have a bright future in the salon industry.

**What do you dislike about Mangomint?**

Lack of API limits integrations and harvesting data from reporting. The lack of QuickBooks integration was almost a dealbreaker, but the software's ease of use and power made it the must-have for our current operations.

**What problems is Mangomint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client booking is seamless, letting clients and team members focus on beauty instead of worrying about the booking process. Website integration was seamless. Reporting includes the correct information at the right time in the proper format. Point of Sale integration is seamless as well and reasonably priced. Customer support is outstanding - I can't say enough how great the support team is about responsiveness and solving challenges. The interface is polished and clean, minimizing the number of clicks to operate. Lastly, it's intuitive as team members and clients required minimal if any training to get up and running.

Mangomint is developing the marketing interface so that right now is the only down side, once they integrate that which is happening in a few months , it will be sheer perfecruon!

Online booking without trying he klunckiness of logging into an account has been a big upgrade for our clientele .

This program is amazing! I have used quite a few over the years and this program trumps all of them by far! The customer service is 2nd to none, the ease of use is amazing and they are always adding new features and listening to their customers. Highly recommend :)

The only thing that needs some work is their back-end reporting, Its solid but just needs to be more granular.

**What do you like best about Mangomint?**

The three main reasons we picked a switch to Mangomint were Two Way texting, Waitlist, and time increments connecting to add-ons. So, far those features do not work as advertised and I have a long list of dislikes and complaints which do not make these three features worth it and none of it is worth anything if the system isn't working.

**What do you dislike about Mangomint?**

There was a lot of misleading information from the original sales person and a lot of unnecessary business from a data entry specialist who only put in Gift Cards, and not all of them at that. Most everything is done by the customer when switching services and you have to go through and check every contact and card yourself. It is so time consuming and they should have been honest from the start and at the very least suggest we hire our own data specialist because I am almost three weeks in and still fixing things. As a small business owner who is also a service provider my time is everything and this has been a very expensive challenge so far. 

The waitlist does not notify you when someone signs up. The add-ons can make an appointment not easily fit into the schedule since a client can pick it before an open time, the work flow on the booking itself does not make much sense and if you already have a lot of existing and returning clients they will not easily be able to book. We are currently losing revenue because of this. Also, they make it seem like you will actually save time by doing payroll, but I am losing time and money. The marketing emails are done through another carrier which sends the emails to junk folders and that system is so difficult to use that it takes me longer to make emails than it was taking me to do payroll. 

Anytime you ask a question or make a statement about what you understood from a phone call or email they will belittle you and cause you to feel either lazy, dumb, or that you don't remember or know what they told you. It seems like the company culture is toxic and I am really unhappy with the money and time I have spent only to see my business drop significantly because the booking software is not easy to use. I will hope it changes, but if I had seen one review that was anything like what I have experienced and what I am leaving here I would have kept searching. Hopefully I am saving someone else from this. I think it would be ok for a brand new business, but the pricing, ease of use, and the a la cart items do not make it worth it for a business my size, especially considered the extra stress that was caused and the terrible integration. Its unfortunate that they price it in a way that makes the features that are going to be most appealing to someone like me only available in the more expensive bracket and with extra fees for things like forms and two way texts which are essential to my business. 

It is so disappointing. I should also mention that booking notifications, even though they are turned on, are not going through and neither do message notifications or wait list notifications...just so disappointing and I am sitting here experiencing sunken cost fallacy. The business revenue loss is worse than all of it. If you are migrating your system think twice...

They aren't solving problems they are creating them and there is currently no benefit to me as I have lost money, time, and revenue.

Some components of our type of business are not available in the way I'd like to structure it, but we found go arounds.

There's nothing I dislike, I'd prefer more options as far as adding sales and discounts without having to create a workaround for.

**What do you like best about Mangomint?**

I was with MBO for 6 years and recently switched to Mangomint. I spent over a year trying to decide on a product. Mangomint met all of my qualifications and more. The express booking feature has been a massive plus.  The forms make intakes easy too. 

Clients are regularly filling out the intake forms and adding their credit card info when they book without reminders from us. 

Also, having the option to book coupls massages online is so great. 

While there are certain features they don't offer that I would like to see in the future, such as client relationships, account balances and a loyalty program that tracks referals. 

I really feel like this company will only continue to grow and imporove and seems to always have their eyes on what we as the users are wanting as new features. I am extrememly happy with mangomint and the care they've taken in creating this product.

**What do you dislike about Mangomint?**

There is an option to book an appointment for someone else which is great, but it doesn't work seemlessly with the intake forms and has required a work around. Couples massage bookings are the same. I would like to see that fixed but I feel conifdnet that they will find a way to address this issue in the future as they seem to be open adn motivated towards continued improvement. Highly recomened.

All in one booking and pos. Makes the booking process seamless and beautiful for clients. Makes notes and intake forms easy and more likely to be completed in advance. Very customizable. I was spending HOURS each week in my previous software fixing problems and troubleshooting. With Mangomint, I am instead looking for things to do to spend time working in the software because it's so lovely and easy to use. It works so well, I have freed up a ton of my time.

**What do you like best about Mangomint?**

If there is something I don't understand, I can figure it out within seconds. And in the rare case that my short attention span takes me more than a minute, my messages are returned immediately. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. Meredith always goes the extra mile for me, and I appreciate it so much. I'm a stressed-out business owner with limited tech skills, and she never makes me feel embarrassed about the questions I ask, even when I ask them repeatedly lol. In fact, she is proactive in anticipating my next question and will usually have my next steps laid out for me in an email. I am very grateful.

**What do you dislike about Mangomint?**

A bit pricey, but hey, you get what you pay for. I haven't used Mangomind long but I will be sure to give feedback.

**What problems is Mangomint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used Aesthetics pro for a year and still didn't understand it. So I would say it saves me time and frustration.

 Being so user-friendly, I feel it lessens margin for medical errors for my staff and myself. The result of that is better client satisfaction and saves me money in potential litigation. And I believe this because I'm already catching and correcting charting issues that I would not have even seen in my last software. 

It's also easy on the eyes. A lot of other software has an outdated look and unattractive colors. Mangomint looks modern and makes my eyes feel refreshed. 

The support response time is immediate. The staff is incredibly cordial, Especially Merideth.

It is fantastic to provide seamless and easy online booking. It has been the most worthwhile expense I now consider necessary for my salon. Even as an independent stylist, I find it a beneficial investment perfect as I scale and grow my business.

It is on the higher end of cost. There are additional add ons but I don't need them currently.

User friendly system.  I love the learning center.  No matter how often I reach out, they are always there to help and answer quickly.  Best customer service ever!

I like the convenience the best of the system. As well as how easy it is to navigate. And they have a non-binary option for service providers! The response time for any questions you have is immediate and they have a chat system in place so no waiting for an email back.

Sometimes the ways to get things done can be long and tedious. And if you charge a card then you can only email a receipt no texting. If you charge a card at the front desk the people have an option for either but if you charge it directly through the system you can only email.

Any problem that we have Mangomint is always there to help solve them. They are very helpful and are always trying to improve their system to better it and make sure that they can do their best!

I've been using the software since the very beginning.  We were one of the first clients.  The software is extremely user- friendly, and streamlined. In comparison to competitors I find it smoother and less complicated.

There aren't any downsides to using Mangomint. There isn't a way to text the clients yet. Adding texting to communicate with the clients.

The support team is right there at your fingertips in the application.  It has everything you need to manage a salon well and the reports help you better understand your business.  Mangomint also has a reminder system that really helps to cut down on late cancelations and no shows.

I have to think hard to find something I don't like about the system, but if I had to say something I would say some of the cash our features are not intuitive at first but once you know how it works, it becomes second nature.

Support is always so quick and easy to reach out too. Very easy to book clients and search up product prices and checking clients out. Seeing employee schedules is very easy to read as well. Checking client history is also very easy to read.

I wish I could merge duplicate customer contacts. I also found myself searching up phone numbers often even booking for the same client right then and there. I would like be be able to search a client and keep them as "current client" and be able to book multiple things at once and then if I need to book another client I can just search them up and set them as the client that I will be making appointments or adjusting things on until I set someone else ect.

Another thing that would be useful would be a large chart section for clients (not just notes) Just as an option so we don't have to keep files. 

And if mangomint could keep track of how many time a client has gotten a certain treatment that would also be really cool. Instead of us counting how many times they came in for the specific treatment.

If you are looking for something simple and easy to use for you or your employees this is it. It's very easy to learn and anybody can use it. 

If you are working in a doctors office or something that needs more information jane is a pretty good app. It's just a little more complicated and you or your employees might need a little training and practice

Booking and managing clients more efficiently. Looking at everyone's schedules and how much tips/commision we make and hours we are booked. Also making it easy to search up client info quickly and making cancelations simple. Reminder texts and emails also make it easy for us too.

The clean, simple presentation, client and tech facing. Their customer service is amazing, and they're always improving and adding features. Mangomint has improved our workflows saving valuable time and wowed our clients with their easy online booking and self checkout.

I don't dislike anything about the software. There are a few features missing like group booking, cancellation lists, and their own email marketing capability but I don't dislike anything. The card reader can be glitchy but we rarely use it because of the card on file and self checkout features.

Mangomint is a game changer. Our clients love our system and constantly tell us how user friendly it is to book, check in, check out, and confirm or change appointments.

As a "Covid start up", we couldn't hire a front desk receptionist. MangoMint almost eliminates the need for a receptionist. Our techs do almost everything from the app on their phones. I love how flexible it is..I can change service times and prices for newer techs, change client communication preferences, autopilot confirmation messages, and even send customized thank you messages to our clients. The biggest benefit is Shopify inventory integration. Not having to account for two inventories for our e-commerce and salon retail is a lifesaver.

The customer service is unmatched. They get back to you so quickly, even on holidays, and have all answers that you need. They also offer everything I need to run a business smoothly. Easy to read reports, ability to charge a deposit for clients to book, and I love that they added gift cards.

I wish they had a less expensive option for solo Estheticians and a "booking" button option for Instagram. It seems all the other booking sites have this option and at the price point, it would be nice. Those are the only downsides I can think of at the moment.

Use it if you have more than just one person working. The price is steep, and while it works for me, it likely would cost too much for most solo Estheticians.

I love how user friendly it is, not only for our staff, but also for clients. Booking multiple people at once is also very easy to do. It's very simple to keep tabs of memberships and gift cards.

I wish the toggle buttons had a "select all" and "deselect all" and bulk editing for services.

It's be great if could use coupon codes and percentage codes in services.

Not only do my guests love mangomint, but my team and I do with all of the modern features and esthetic, but we also love the live chat support that helps us with any questions or challenges that we might be having. We were always against online booking, but since using mangomint and how well its set up, we can customize everything to fit our needs.

There really isn't much of anything that we dislike.. yes we have some suggestions as we have used other salon software, but we love that mangomint listens and usually end up implementing feedback they recieve.

I love all of the reports! Clients love the ease of booking online and Mangomint's system makes it easy. The color coding is easy and not too overwhelming (on the schedule.) I love the client profiles.

To be honest there isn't much that I dislike! I feel like they are always improving their system and I love that. The support chat is amazing because I can send a chat in and they'll get back to me fairly quickly.
