Easy to install and set up. Not too expensive to get started either. Also, and this was a huge factor for us, it does not require Microsoft SQL server to be installed on the server like other similar products like InTrust software. Another cool feature is the ability to route logs in different index, any index can be stored in a different location and have a different retention policy.
