The primary reason we love ADManager Plus in education is the automation of account creation and maintenance. In an educational environment, the number of user accounts varies almost daily. An application that works with exports from our SIS (student information system) is vital to our success. Account moves, account creation, account removal, and account creation tracking are the best parts of the application. Everything else the software can do is a bonus. In our experience, there are very few to no downsides to using the product. with the service and support provided by ManageEngine, we are able to work through issues rapidly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The level of security they have at the moment of performing the Login with the captcha and MFA provides very good security. Additionally, the customization of templates for user creation through their Workflow is very good and facilitates the work by making the credentials of the created accounts. Also the system Interface is verly simple, but i prefere still the interface can be improved for simple action from the admin.

The Process and Functions on the Ad Manager Plus would help the IT Technicians to review & Work on the Professional Manner. Its a One Step Solution to Manage AD Related Activites Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As of now cant find the dislike about this tool. The Activities and funtions were really helpful for us. There are some delay in generating the data from Ad. That too have fixed in latest update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has a familiar UI very easy to use out of the box, so to speak. My techs of any level can gain mastery of it in a short period of time. Highly welcomed as it reduces repetitive tasks enabling us to set attributes by groups quickly. It's also superb in segregating rights to varied teams of varied permission levels for them to manage their teams rights with ease. By default, Active Directory requires all actions to be performed manually. With AD Manager, we can automate the process of managing users (creation and deletion), groups, and reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some actions that we consider simple, such as managing groups and scheduling reports, require more expensive licenses. I believe that the standard version could contain more basic features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ADManager Plus has helped us a lot in managing our AD on premises and also Azure AD. from its centralized console we perform tasks that we previously had to perform using several different tools. We use ADManager Plus to maintain control of our Active Directory. We run automated reports notifying us if there are changes to group memberships and roles. It's very helpful providing audit reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some bugs have found at the time of installation we have reported to Manage Engine and they have fixed it on next update.
