What do you like best about MakeForms?
The innovative and unique features and the response to user requests. Some months ago I asked for consideration of their being an Australian data location. The founder reached out personally to state this has been added some months later. This places MakeForms in a league of its own regarding this feature. It is a very impressive product and team. What do you like best about MakeForms?
I found the setup process straightforward. The forms' aesthetic is modern and professional, adding an elegant touch of class to my forms. Custom domain setup was a breeze, and the flexibility to toggle between different form styles is a thoughtful touch. MakeForms offers a range of form styles, including a handy one-step form feature, which looks great. The variety caters well to different kinds of projects, making it a flexible choice for collecting data without fuss.
What truly set them apart for me was the exceptional customer support. When I encountered an integration issue, their team was highly accommodating, offering a video call to resolve the problem. What do you dislike about MakeForms?
Currently, one issue with MakeForms is that attachments in integrations are provided via download links, not direct transfers. I was informated this is because of HIPAA and GDPR compliance, ensuring secure data handling. Currently, attachments are stored on MakeForms' servers. The team has informed me they're looking for the best way to resolve this.
Despite that, I appreciate their serious commitment to compliance, which is crucial for my clients and me. I'm hopeful for a streamlined solution soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MakeForms?
A lot of things. UX and UI are great. Very easy to navigate. A lot of options like e-signature, consent, calculated field and so on. For an early app, they also have a lot of native integrations which is handy. What do you dislike about MakeForms?
Conditional logic is missing. I would love to also see more apps, API and webhooks. Yeah they offer Make which is great but webhook and API are crucial these days. They also could create a library with templates which speeds up the process of making forms. I saw some templates but I would love to see more types. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I needed a PIPEDA complaint form maker that could handle single forms for multiple clinic locations. I had a couple of development requests in order for it to meet our needs. The development was quick, and exactly what we asked for.
