We provide tablets for team members to use the iMCare app or they can access it on their apple or android phones. One of the most useful features has been the prioritization capabilities. This allows us to communicate things instantly via the app rather than doing the task later on paper or manually entering into the computer. **What do you dislike about Maintenance Care?** I think the app has more features than we truly need, but the features we do use are very valuable when used correctly. There has been some resentment to adopting this new technology. We were previously paper-based and logged things in our system after they happened. Some people preferred that method and some prefer the new cloud-based approach through the app. We have tried to manage the change by highlighting the ways the app is helping them save time and do their job better. **What problems is Maintenance Care solving and how is that benefiting you?** The most significant benefit is becoming cloud-based rather than doing paper-based manual entry for our maintenance topics.
