It have an intuitive interface that is very easy to navigate.
It also have seamless security features that ensures total data security through encryption, and multi-factor authentication. 
I also like how it is easy to customize its dashboard.

I have no issues with this tool. I have no dislikes.

In many cases our softwares experience performance degradation due to inefficient code, outdated configurations and memory leaks. This tool helps us maintain smooth operations through performances monitoring and optimization.

I highly regard Maintenance Care for its user-friendly interface, making it straightforward for maintenance teams and regular users to report, assign, and manage tasks efficiently. Bulk job closure is not available, so users must close work orders one at a time, which can be time-consuming. Preventive maintenance schedules do not auto-adjust if jobs are completed late, requiring manual calendar changes across multiple schedules. Some teams struggle with learning the software, especially if they are less tech-savvy or lack sufficient training. Earlier versions did not handle accented characters well, impacting usability for French-speaking organizations.

**What do you like best about Maintenance Care?**

This system has so much potential when running a large business. The platform is fairly user friendly and easy to navigate. I am not only able to list all of the company's assets (that automatically generate convenient asset barcodes), but also link them to the scheduled maintenance tasks which is great to keep a record of the repairs/maintenance. This can also be helpful for the financial records! My next mission is to implement the inventory features which also seems fairly straight forward and can also link the parts to each of our assets!  Can't wait to see what else this system can do. So exciting!

Since I have been using this program for only a few short weeks, I did have to reach out to customer support once or twice. They are very responsive, personable and quick to get you back on your feet. Keep up the good work! The wiki help feature is also quite nice as it guides you step by step.

**What do you dislike about Maintenance Care?**

I have not yet utilized all the systems' capabilities, but everything so far has been relatively easy to use. The only thing I can say that can be a little overwhelming for some individuals it the Detsets feature. I have been combining our assets into Groupset and Detsets in order to link them to our scheduled maintenance tasks. If there was a way to only input the information once into groupset, I think this would make things a lot easier for some people. But with a quick crash course using the wiki help, I was able to successfully learn how to complete this in a short amount of time.

**What problems is Maintenance Care solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This system allows us to have an up to date record of all our assets along with the financial/maintenance history. Once you start linking assets to tasks and parts to assets, all the information become available with one or two clicks of a button. Whether that be on the desktop site or the mobile app. In time, once we begin to utilize more of the Maintenance Care features, it seems that we will begin to be more and more organized in the digital world.

**What do you like best about Maintenance Care?**

I was interested in Maintenance Care to help move my Facility away from our paper-based log-book PM system.  Work orders were phone calls and emails.  The Maintenance Care system is very well priced considering the amount of features and functionality.

**What do you dislike about Maintenance Care?**

Haven't seen any downsides yet.  Initial set-up is time-consuming, but that is expected for the amount of data to get loaded.

**What problems is Maintenance Care solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our current paper-based system is extremely susceptible to pages getting lost.  As a manufacturing center, we must have records to substantiate that critical work tasks are being completed in a timely manner.  This system moves us into the 21st Century.

**What do you like best about Maintenance Care?**

Our previous software was very complicated and very expensive.  My team use Maintenance Care constantly thoughout the day, it was very easy to integrate and e have used Maintenance Care for serveral year.  Not only is it easy to use but it is very reasonably priced.  We were looking for software to handle multiple daily requests within different departments (plumbling, housekeeping, IT, etc.).  It was very easy to set up and impliment and there was always someone available for assistance if needed.  For requesters, no logging in is required and it is a very simple process to place a request.  We were able to make changes to the fiels required as we went along and needed for information from requesters.  Based on the information entered by the requester, the request is automatically assigned to a specific technician  For managers and administrators, it is simple to work with the request as needed (move it to pending, delayed, closed, etc.).  Setting up scheduled tasks is easy and saves a lot of time.  The abilty to track parts and assets is very helpful as everything is now in one place.  The mobile app works very well and enables everyone to stay on top of things when away from their desk.  Ongoing customer support once the software was up and running contiued to be excellent with someone always available to assist.  Overall we are very happy with Maintenance Care.

**What do you dislike about Maintenance Care?**

The only thing that doesn't work as I wish it would is that once a request has been entered, the body of it cannot be changed.  In some instances we have users who enter a requst for an event set up and as it gets closer fo the event date, they need to make changes to the original request.  Although notes can be added, it would be preferable to have those changes noted in the main part of the request.

**What problems is Maintenance Care solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maintenance Care enables us to track consistent issues that are not being fully resolved, along with assets and parts meaning we can find the information we need in a timely manner.  Also, because it automatically assigns request to a technician, it is not dependent on someone monitoring new requests and having to manually assign them so that something requiring immediated assistance gets handled as fast as possible.  There was a defintely decrease in the number of calls I was getting prior to Maintenance Care as users are confident that their request will be handled in a timely manner and do not feel the need to reach on in person.

**What do you like best about Maintenance Care?**

This is a follow up to a previous review some time ago.  We're still loving MaintenanceCare and all the things our version of the system provides.  Since our last review, we have upgraded to the Enterprise Edition.  We especially love the addition of scheduling preventative maintenance.

**What do you dislike about Maintenance Care?**

Some form fields have limited characters and the report titles are a little overwhelming and confusing but nothing you can't learn.

**What problems is Maintenance Care solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While we primarily use data collected via reports to share select KPI's with the organization, we are thrilled to be using the software for preventative maintenance scheduling and reminders.  Things like checking ligting around our campus, changing air filters, vehicle maintenance, etc.  Works great for our needs!

I really would like a notification system put in place so my team can sty up to date with work orders placed. Right now we have to have to systems in place one for work orders and one for emergencies.

With the groth of my team we have a very short turn over time on work orders.

This system is seamless and easy to get into. It covers a large swath of features you might be looking for in a maintenance system. You can customize, to a certain degree, the system to fit your needs. We use this system for daily activities along with long term planning. The customer support is always kind and very helpful. They will answer any question or need you may have in the integration of this system.

Adding pictures to a work order is the only cumbersome process.

The interface is easy yet powerful. The tools are sufficiently versatile without drowning me or staff who use it the most.  The Customer Service is very responsive when I need help to get through something new to me. Implementation was absolutely a breeze.

Before Maintenance Care, our Facilities Team did their best but, it was still a hit-or-miss approach, particularly because people would stop them in the middle of their work to inform them of maintenance requests. Maintenance Care has completely mitigated this issue. Requests are entered into MC and the Team is able to prioritize and plan effectively.

Maintenance Care is easy to use for all users: those who report issues, those who assign and manage tasks, and those who complete reactive or planned tasks. The mobile APP gives live updates across all users. You can add as many users as you need without additional costs. The support is personable and knowledgeable from sales, set up, training, and ongoing use. The software incorporates regular updates that truly offer improvements.

Simplicity. We use SAP as our ERP and Maintenance Care saves us money by using them instead of the module in SAP. It's more practical for us.

**What do you like best about Maintenance Care?**

It works great for our whole maintenance team as well as our office staff who are usually receiving the calls about maintenance issues or requests.  The best thing about it is it allows management to make sure that no issues or requests get lost in the shuffle and we can easily see what's high priority or aging.

It is also great that there is a mobile app for all of our staff to have on their phones so they can easily receive notifications of new requests, update existing requests, or close requests that are completed.

**What do you dislike about Maintenance Care?**

It would be great if it was easier to use some sort of checklist functionality.  For example, when "resetting" sites they need to empty the fire ash, pick up the trash, mow the grass, etc.  Or when cleaning a cabin there is a whole list of things that need to be done and it would be great to easily manage that list and have the individual completing the task have to mark everythign off.

Logging, tracking and making sure all maintenance requests and issues are resolved in a timely manner.  It also helps to make our office staff and maintenance team more effective and productive.

Ease of use. The search capability has lots of specific filters. Preventative maintenance tickets can be pre loaded.Ease of implementation. prompt customer support.

May be some smart feature and reporting tools can be added. Integration with some AI tool to help forcast preventative maintenance jobs. Reports to be automatically sent on a periodic basis. perhaps MC can talk to open source BAS tools for improved integration.

I love how organized maintenance care keeps everything. Vendor information. Close and open ratios. This has really helped me keep organized. Recommend it to anyone!

Not to much to dislike about the maintenance care webpage or app. Be nice if you could invoice.

The convenience of having all maintenance things in one place.  The organization and the ease of use for my team and myself.

**What do you dislike about Maintenance Care?**

If things are not set exactly right, some items do not show up for my maintenance person.  Especially on his phone.  I would like better integration with android AND apple platforms.

**What problems is Maintenance Care solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to having maintenance care, items that needed attention were listed in a book.  The maintenance person would have to continually pop up to the main desk to look at the book to determine what needed repair.  We would also text, email or call him for help and now, with maintenance care, we simply enter it into the app and he receives the notification immediately to his phone (when it works right).

**What do you like best about Maintenance Care?**

The user interface (floor-facing) is straight forward and easy for non-technical staff to utilize in reporting equipment issues.

The ticketing system is easy to manage and pull reports on.

**What do you dislike about Maintenance Care?**

Most of the issues that we had came from improper system configuration at our end in the beginning...some more robust training on initial commissioning of the system would be helpful.

**What problems is Maintenance Care solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Given that we completely underutilized the system and only used it for maintnenace repair ticketing and pm scheduling, I can't say there were significant problems with the system itself.  The software allowed us to set up, and maintain our preventative maintenace program and implement, track, and adjust over time.

Ease of use for staff filling in work orders
Like the fact that we are now paperless with our work requisitions
Easy for our Physical Services staff to access the work orders and complete
Keeps accurate records of all work orders 
Keeps record of our inventory
Has a manual to assist in entering information when not sure how to use each component of the program

A little difficult to maouver around but I'm sure once I get more into the program with the help of the Manual and Customer Support it will all fall into place.

Easily catagorizing the type of repairs needed for each building and to keep accurate records of all Health and Safety issues.
Helps our Physical Sevices staff priorize daily work orders 
Physical Services staff have an accuraste updated list of vendors and contractors we use

**What do you like best about Maintenance Care?**

Easy platform to use.  I've tried many other maintenance apps and this works for us the best.  I also like the mobile app, and the link you can create to add to peoples desktops and tablets to easily enter/create tickets.  I've never had to contact customer service or support for anything and I've been using this for years.  Just goes to show how good this software is!

**What do you dislike about Maintenance Care?**

I wish the app had a selection to choose to view "All" of the tickets and not just 1-30 days, or 30 days and more.  Other than that, this app rocks!

Maintenancew Care is helping us keep track of all of our tickets and accountability

I like that you can prioritize tasks and assign them to diffferent employees.  The system is very user friendly and has a variety of features to use.

We do not utilize the vendor list often as we have that information saved already in a different location.

We can set reminders to clear surplus, change air filters and can put in future routine maintenance requests.  We use maintenance care daily to assign work requests throughout the college.

Maintenance Care program is efficient in letting staff know what needs to be fixed.  It is a great communication tool for staff that work different shifts.  It is also a great reminder tool.

I don't see any down side to Maintenance Care program.  It can be overwhelming to new staff to learn to use it.

Maintenance issues when they arise.  Example: burnt out lights, leaks, pest issues, etc.

I love the ease and simplicity that the software provides especially the scheduling portion that allows us to track many different maintenance functions across our business.

**What do you dislike about Maintenance Care?**

Some of the reporting functions are not user friendly. Also when setting up a new schedule for maintenance it is difficult. You can't just copy a schedule and paste it to a new one. It does have templates but I have found they aren't as easy to use especially when I need to create multiple schedules.

Keeps track of all of our functions and is versatile in scheduling.

It allows us to prioritize tasks, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor progress in real-time. These results improved our work order management and faster issue resolution for our end users. We can access from a mobile device or web.

I would think the pricing or limited customization. it would be nice to add features without buying the buying the Enterprise edidtion.

This program helps with remembering daily, weekly, and monthly jobs.  Most of all, the communication. I wouldn't usually know when something needs my attention, but anyone who finds a problem can quickly let me know through maintenance care.

**What do you dislike about Maintenance Care?**

When you print a copy, it is too small to read.  Some items you don't want to appear every month still come back. Need tablets for other Maintenance workers. This can get costly.

Communication on repairs. Remembering what repairs still need to be done. Documentation of the repairs that are completed. How quick and easy this program is to use.

Ease of use so no real formal training required and provides quick updates to changing task status.

The only complaint I would have is I would like to see the task dashboard refresh automatically when a new task has been entered or change of status.

I like that anyone can easily and quickly enter tasks. It's also great for me as the Executive Director to be able to track what tasks are being done and which ones are not. Much easier than our old paper system!

At this time there is nothing I dislike!

Maintenance Care is making maintenance more accessible to our whole team. Also the ability to go into the app and enter tasks immediately when we see or hear an issue is incredibly valuable.

Helps break down lack of comunication between departments.  This program makes it easy for floor staff to report any mechanical break downs of equipment to the maintenance department.

When printing off requests and reports it would be helpful to be able to change the font size to make it easier to read.
