What do you like best about MaintainX?

I can keep tasks for various machines organized and scheduled or I can rely on completed workorders as reference for new issues. It makes communicating between 4 crews easier. Can also use short videos, pictures, schematics or other relevant files. I no longer have to store paper copies for 7 years. I often use the "convert to PDF" feature if another department needs review completed work and I like that every action and update is timestamped for transparency. What do you dislike about MaintainX?

I'd like to see a visual mapping function. It can be difficult to describe where a specific issue is without referring to other machines, some of which the user may be unfamiliar with in a large facility. One of the things that I appreciate about the app is how easy it is to use and how use friendly the UI is.

The overall experience from starting a work order to completing is very efficient. You can modify this application to work easier for your own business.

I do not have many complaints about the application other than the ability to customize the appearance/final PDF of work orders.

What do you like best about MaintainX?

Very good introduction to the system to help us make an informed decision on which system to go with.

What do you like best about MaintainX?

It is a friendly software and has been a valuable tool for following up on our Maintenance Program and Work Orders. I use the "Reporting" information for tracking our Maintenance KPIs.

The Tech Support is what I was looking for. I can ask for support with a click under the MaintainX platform, and I have received excellent attention and follow-up to my doubts and requests. The Account Manager is helpful and attentive to us.

We use the license every day; it is our daily work guide. In each audit, we are congratulated on our MaintainX license and the good follow-up of our Work Orders.

When a new member joins the Maintenance team, their integration into the MaintainX platform for executing Work Orders and searching for spare parts is very quick. It's an easy-to-implement tool in every way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MaintainX?

What do you like best about MaintainX?

Aside from the system being relatively simple to use and intuitive, I like the customer support the best. I like that I'm able to ask questions and get clarity almost in real time. It saves time and helps me ensure I don't have to go back and do double the work fixing format or data input errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MaintainX?

My biggest issue would be with the limited procedural formats. There are a lot of work orders/PMs in which the ability to customize a graph or chart would be very helpful. I think the drop down selection has a lot of nice options but is limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MaintainX?

This product is extremely easy to use and set up. The mobile app is fantastic; having the ability to view and manage work orders while out in the field is incredibly useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MaintainX?

Up to now, I haven't found anything I dislike about the app. My only suggestion would be to add a feature that allows technician's notes in work orders to be automatically translated into the user's chosen app language, making the process seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
