Using MailZAK is very easy, it allows me to automate and schedule shipments, I can integrate several accounts on the same platform, I like that I can analyze the emails to see how the recipients interact, something that is well implemented is the support To the customer, I can ask any question and they respond super quickly, apart from the fact that it is not difficult or tiring for me to use it frequently. What I don't like is that it has little integration, it may fall short in the future, apart from the fact that the support is somewhat limited, it is fine for small companies, but in case a larger company wants its services, it could happen.
