That this platform just keeps growing! We started using Mailtrap when it was just a testing solution, and since then, it has just grown into a place that can handle all our email-sending tasks. Not really as dislike, but we’d like to see an email marketing feature added soon. It’s a crucial part of our business, and at the moment, we have to use a different platform to send out marketing emails. As our company and customer base started growing, we noticed that our free email service was no longer enough. We started seeing deliverability issues and were often blocked by the daily limitations. We were already using Mailtrap Email Testing and were more than happy to give Email Sending a try.

What I enjoy the most is the ability to stay on top of your deliverability. Be it analytics with dashboards or alerts, you always know what’s going on with your emails and where they are headed. I like the piece of mind the alerts feature gives me. Nothing worse than fearing a sending issue appearing and my team not knowing about it. That's why we very much rely on the critical alerts. Luv the testing feature, we’ve used it for years. Our team sends at a volume, transactional emails especially. Account, project, and team management testing features help us QA a bunch of templates in not time. The alerts, always keep us in the loop about the outgoing emails. Our dev team loves having testing and sending in one place, it speeds up the sandbox-to-production process a lot.
