What do you like best about Mailmeteor?

I liked that I could schedule the campaign out. This allowed me to set it and forget it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailmeteor?

I would like to add more customization to the templates Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mailmeteor solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Mailmeteor?

What do you dislike about Mailmeteor?

That I can not change/ take out senders during a campaign or to reupload a csv file and for it to understand duplicates Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mailmeteor solving and how is that benefiting you?

Centralized Email Platform, I am able to create an account for our customers to sign into and manage. Perfect for us before we have this inhouse with our dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mailmeteor?

mailmeteor lets you track the status of the email blast; one can see whether the recipient has opened the mail or not in real-time, which is a great feature. It also has a higher limit for daily email blasts than its competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailmeteor?

The features are basic. It could provide more tools to run analytics of the emails sent to understand user behaviour better. Especially the basic version has minimal features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mailmeteor solving and how is that benefiting you?

mailmeteor helps me reach out to up to 100 persons in a day. I use it to resolve customer grievances. Many of the queries/grievances we receive daily have similar resolutions or have been solved before. We create templates of the responses and send them out via mailmeteor instead of responding to each query individually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mailmeteor?

Nothing I returned it, I would say best I like that they quickly gave me a refund Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailmeteor?

I bought this because they say that have gmail sequences, but you can't send them from gmail or save sequences, you have to do it from their platfrom which is time consuming Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
