"Incredible Deliverability, Clean Platform!"
4/5
What do you like best about Mailgun?

Clean UXI for exploring the framework, straightforward setup, clear dashboard to discover issues rapidly and explore around the site. Capacity to clean database records to limit skip. In any case, the BEST part is they are free up to 10,000 messages every month, which is a ton! So to give the full custom intensity of interfacing your area and conveying, that is an immense worth. I will get over that breaking point and overhaul soon, yet that is a mind-blowing approach to begin a relationship. Nearly 12 months of free assistance to utilize their framework versus my server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailgun?

I really have not discovered whatever I don't care for. Many will grumble about high ricochet rates or going into spam. I find that issue arrises on numerous elements outside of mailgun control, for example, the accepting server, and the mail propensities for the individual opening it, do they get a lot of nasty mail as of now? Also, was the mail piece written in a poor nature, this expands spam envelope course, in any case, they do have committed IP administration for those needing to relieve one zone of cause for spam bearing. Again, never been my experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mailgun is intuitive once you get familiar with it. It consistently provides accurate and helpful data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailgun?

"Great delivery rate and speed"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Mailgun?

The speed of delivery combined to the delivery rate is just great for email campaigns management Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailgun?

Before being 100% up and running you have a trial period with max volumes. I would say that even if I did not like that part I understand that we have to go through it to ensure everyone has a higer delivery rate... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It is my go to service for email management for any size of projects especially Laravel"
5/5
What do you like best about Mailgun?

I like the architecture of the api which makes an easy integration to any system, SDK for laravel makes that particular integration a breeze. Delivery, engagement, bounce rate logs are wonderful for measuring how effective campaigns are. This allows us to improve our email designs and communication to maximize effectiveness at very low marketing costs. Contact list verification system is very useful to avoid bounces. Reliable delivery system with strong reputation avoids spam mail filters and improves the reliability of the communication channel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailgun?

No api logs available for debugging errors so when i have a list of 1000 emails to be sent via the api and one of them has an error like for example a user email typo lice hoovert@hoovert.con or hoovert@hoovertcom. It is very difficult to find the actual email that caused the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mailgun solves a difficult problem, in a fluid and easy way"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Mailgun?

It has been almost 4 years now that we are using mailgun. The best thing is that after setting it up, we didn't have to do anything else.

It just works and in the rare chance of a problem, the mailgun support team is very quick with a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailgun?

Sometimes it is quite hard to pinpoint the exact problem with a suppressed email. We need to find out whether we caused it or a spam filter accidentally blacklisted us. However I would like to note that the support team is really good at handling such issues and helping us through the procedure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Mailer of choice for the discerning application"
5/5
What do you like best about Mailgun?

The speed. It's unparallelled. We had been using a gmail backed solution previously that would spend so long trying to send it would time out. These days with mailgun backing us, I'm not only confident in the speed of the solution but the platform itself will attempt to re-send our correspondence without prompting so I can be assured everything I want to send will arrive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailgun?

Whilst there is very little to dislike with the product, the associated dashboard has some unfavourable quirks; if you operate on multiple domains (as I do for a development and LIVE environment) it will often re-assign which subdomain you're viewing as you move across the menus, meaning when you arrive at your intended page you may be observing the wrong data even if you had selected the correct subdomain. "Perfect solution for transactional emails"
5/5
What do you like best about Mailgun?

It's the ideal service to complement shared hosting plans where you may be issued dodgy IP addresses and need something more robust and secure to send your transactional emails out with, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailgun?

The only negative experience I've had with Mailgun is when using the API to send to multiple recipients at one go. The instructions weren't sufficient clear to me and I ended up sending one email with all my recipients' email address in the To field instead of one email to each recipient. Had to do some damage control after the complaints started coming in. Now that I've figured it out, it's working well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
