One of our forms was hacked by someone he/she ran a script to send random emails. Our mailersend account was suspended after some time so we contacted support and discussed the issue. They saw this as an opportunity and charged us 4x of the existing bill. We requested them to either wave off or give us a discount on the services we haven't used but they did nothing about it.
