The drag and drop template is easy to use. I can add or delete sections easily. I have some workflows/automations that make it easy to deliver material to readers. MailerLIte is also linked to my blog, so no need to do extra steps to reach my blog readers. When I've had questions, MailerLite responds quickly with easy to follow directions. I have no need to go anywhere else for my email provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have had no trouble using MailerLite. It does what I want. Granted, my use of technology isn't advanced, but I have no suggestions to improve the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing.
MailerLite upgraded to a new platform and required people to migrate manually. Their communication about the migration is catastrophic - literally nonexistent.
At some point, we realized that the emails stopped going out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Like James and Chris, we lost the complete subscriber list that we have been building for years.
I paid for the service of creating 5 Mailerlite Landing pages that at some point just STOP WORKING,
At some point, they simply changed the domain and all the links we used to advertise for years are BROKEN - i.e. they direct to NON-EXISTING PAGES (instead of first com which doesn't work one morning you just have to start entering io manually)
The only thing we could do was to manually search and find those links that we spotted online for years and update the info about the new domain
Mmailerlite is obviously not developing a product but only charging membership fees and live from day to day - PLS ACOID Mailerlite AT ALL COST and find another service that works so you don't end up with a devastated business that you've been developing for years
NO pros just CONS - Mailerlite is a DISASTER OF SERVICES, if there was a -100 rating for Mailerlite that would be the most adequate rating Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When it comes to cloud-based scalability, it's a fantastic tool. It makes it easy for us to create campaigns, manage subscriptions and track engagement. We can be confident that our emails will reach our recipients' inboxes thanks to its excellent delivery history and user-friendly design. The platform's affordable pricing allows me to grow our subscriber base without worrying about short-term costs, and its ease of use and powerful automation features allow me to optimize our interactions. I love how easy it is to use the drag-and-drop template editor. In addition, MailerLite's adaptability and variety of solutions are a great asset to our marketing efforts. It has met all my needs and more, and the price is right. I haven't found a service or tool that I haven't enjoyed using. It could also be improved by adding a feature to alert you to frequently used parts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've consistently had the best experience with MailerLite's support team—not just today, but every time I’ve needed help. They’re quick, clear, and make solving issues feel so simple. As a solo business owner, having this kind of reliable support means the world. Highly recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
it doesnt allow me to move my content form old version to new Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In conclusion, MailerLite offers attractive email marketing tools, but their policy is clearly focused on protecting the interests of the company at the expense of the users. It is worth considering carefully the decision to use this platform, especially if you care about flexibility, protection of your rights, and full control over the content you send. MailerLite's terms are highly skewed in favor of the company, with several absurd points that should make you think twice:
No Refunds for Unused Services – Even if you cancel early, MailerLite won’t refund you. Forget to cancel on time? You’re stuck paying.
Automatic Price Hikes – Exceed your subscriber limit, and you’ll be auto-upgraded to a higher, more expensive plan—without any notice.
Strict and Arbitrary Content Rules – MailerLite reserves the right to decide, at its own discretion, what content is “inappropriate” and can immediately shut down your account and seize your funds if they disagree with what you're sending.
Unilateral Policy Changes – They can change their terms anytime, and if you don’t like it, your only option is to quit.
Limited Liability – If their platform fails or you lose data, they hold no responsibility and you get no compensation.
Bottom line: #MailerLite gives itself the power to shut down your account based on vague, subjective criteria while keeping your money. This lack of accountability could leave you with unexpected costs and no recourse. Stay cautious! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Affordable plans with just the right features to get your emails sent to your email list. Without any unnecessary extras, bloated interfaces, or confusion. It's all simple, easy to navigate, and even easier to plan and create your email campaigns and set up your email automations. And a great support team, too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I wish MailerLite implemented is being abled to send from two different domains with domain-specific double opt-in messages that are custom to each domain. The workaround is to set up automations and use custom email templates. Other than that, nothing else comes to mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I switched to MailerLite after trying Keap and Drip (a few months each), looking for more advanced functionality than what Systeme has. Previously, I have used Convertkit (great but very expensive) and Kajabi. MailerLite appeals to me because it integrates well with Thrivecart and Convertbox, which are tools I also use. I mainly wanted good automations since I have more than 300 tags ("groups") and segmentation is super important to me. They have very good prices, good customer service, it's in Spanish, and it has very good functionality, even for someone quite demanding like me. Migrating the lists was uncomplicated. With Convertbox, only the first 50 tags (groups) are collected, so I had to rename those I will use with Convertbox. Some functions are missing, such as manually adding a person to an automation (email sequence) or removing them from it - that has to be done by removing the group membership; it can be done but with some workaround. The email editor has some somewhat strange behaviors, but with a little patience, it can be fixed. But these are secondary things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The support MailerLite provides is top notch, their customer team is always with me within a few minutes, and ready to help. The platform is also very intuitive to use, and beyond email marketing, I have found their addons liek creating landing pages or sign up forms very useful too. At this price point you simply cannot go wrong, highly recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reporting of the traffic and activity on landing pages build with MailerLite could be more advanced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's super easy to use, I love how much accessibility there is (even for free accounts!) and the customer service team have always been epically helpful whenever I needed guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing that I can think of! It's great just the way it is! Oh wait, maybe the only thing I could pick on is that I still need to move to the new MailerLite and because it's not the easiest process, I've yet to do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The drag-and-drop features, ability to have custom subdomains and awesome customer service all make ML a great service! We're a brand new nonprofit and though it's not free, their discount makes this a worthwhile investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Automations are a little tricky, but likely just the same as most other products. I'd love to see something using "plain English" with AI to make it faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
