## maildoso Reviews
 ### 1. maildoso MCP + API Enabled Fully Automated Cold Outreach Infrastructure

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Esteban L. | Founder & GTM RevOps Architect, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

We are a small team of developers and AI enthusiasts, we sell services for setting up custom solutions, and we promote ourselves through cold outreach. Over the last half-year, we have implemented more than 15 projects related to cold outreach, and recently presented a completely autonomous system that connects lead sources, infrastructure providers, and sequencers. Thanks to the API and MCP, we have completely automated the infrastructure; mailboxes are created and connected to the right workspace upon a single request. We have completely automated the launch of campaigns for clients and are now working on inbox management.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

In general, many providers have an API, but for now, it seems only maildoso has MCP – in some places, it needs to be refined. We shared the problems with their team, I hope they will fix them.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maildoso was the last link in our AI outbound system; thanks to them, we completely automated the process.

 ### 2. Maildoso: Solid Deliverability at 5–6x Lower Cost

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin H. | CEO, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

I have been professionally involved in outbound for over 8 years, in the Canadian and US markets. I have tried many different solutions, and even created my own custom SMTP server. In the end, I came to maildoso – I found no difference in deliverability between SMTP and GW, and the prices are 5 – 6 times lower. When you have to pay for a bunch of tools, for tokens and credits, such savings help to make ends meet.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

Maildoso is only infrastructure, they have nothing else. No spam tests, no copy generator, no spintax generator. Look for other solutions for that.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am glad that now at least everything is fine with my infrastructure and I can take care of other things (for example, setting up multichannel sequences).

 ### 3. Best-in-Class SMTP Provider with Strong Deliverability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Florin T. | GTM Engineer in Residence, Program Development, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

I have been using it for a year already. Out of all SMTP providers, this one is the best. First of all, I want to say – SMTP often shows higher results than GW or MS 365. The claim that SMTP allegedly works worse is tales told by sequencers, as it is important for them to attract clients with GW/MS mailboxes. In reality, spam filters do not care about SMTP – millions of emails (service, transactional, opt-in) are sent from SMTP, and nothing lands in spam.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

I liked everything. There are no complaints. The only thing that can be fixed is onboarding.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maiildoso is the best provider in the SMTP niche. And there is nothing scary about using SMTP, they work not a bit worse.

 ### 4. Maildoso: Reliable Google Workspace Mailboxes at a Great Price

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Inder S. | DevOps Engineer, Financial Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

I've been using Maildoso for about four months and currently manage around 450 mailboxes through the platform. The service has been reliable from the start, but what really stood out recently was the price reduction. The quality was already solid, and now the cost is even more competitive. At around $0.75 per mailbox, it's the best value I've found for Google Workspace mailboxes.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

So far, I don't have any complaints. Everything has worked smoothly throughout the three months I've been using it.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The lower pricing has made it much easier to scale my outbound operations. I can afford to maintain more mailboxes, onboard additional clients, and keep extra accounts warming up without worrying as much about infrastructure costs.

 ### 5. Mailboxes in Minutes: Maildoso Streamlined Our Client Campaign Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ron W. | Co-Founder and CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

For a long time, we worked with google workspace accounts. But when working with 15+ clients, operating them becomes very difficult, as creation took several days each time. We often had to launch campaigns urgently, and everything came down to the fact that the mailboxes were not ready again. With maildoso, we literally get mailboxes in 3-4 minutes, and we can immediately connect them to instantly.ai.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

I like everything. But the fact that you cannot add a profile image for SMTP is a small disadvantage.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With SMTP mailboxes, the campaign launch process has become much simpler; you no longer need to wait for days for accounts to register. This makes work significantly easier

 ### 6. Scaled Outreach Smoothly While Keeping Multiple Sending Environments Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cameron H. | Sales Executive, Real Estate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

We run outreach for several clients at the same time, so keeping everything organized is important. What I like most is that we can manage different sending environments without creating extra work for the team. Over the last 4 months, we've scaled from 12 to 38 active mailboxes and the process has been fairly smooth.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

There are a few sections where I wish there were more explanations for newer users. We figured things out after a while, but some features could be easier to understand on day one.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit has been reducing operational work. Previously, we spent too much time moving between different providers and checking accounts manually. Now our team can spend more time building campaigns and working with clients instead of managing infrastructure.

 ### 7. Maildoso Made Outbound Campaigns and Inbox Management Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dhaval P. | Founder and CEO, Animation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

We started using Maildoso a few months ago for outbound campaigns and it has made inbox management easier for our team. I like that we can keep multiple sending accounts in one place without spending too much time setting everything up. The onboarding process was simpler than expected and we were able to start campaigns fairly quickly.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

The dashboard can feel slightly cluttered after adding more inboxes, especially when switching between accounts. Support has been decent overall, but there were a few moments where responses took longer than expected.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us manage outreach infrastructure without relying on a fully manual process. Before this, keeping track of inboxes and domain settings across different tools was more time consuming. With Maildoso things feel more centralized and easier to maintain week to week.

 ### 8. Lowest-Priced Google Workspace Mailboxes Without Sacrificing Reply Rates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gaetano Nino D. | Principal Consultant, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

We use only google workspace mailboxes – only official accounts, without EDU profiles. I conducted a market analysis, compared contractors' pricings, and apparently, maildoso has the lowest prices (from 2.7). I bought ten mailboxes, launched an A/B test with my current supplier, and noticed no difference in reply rate. So now we save about 50 cents from each google workspace account.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

In general, everything was ok. Tech support in the chat on the website is a bit weak (generic useless phrases), but they can answer to the point in Slack.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I cannot say that something changed directly significantly, we just saved a little (which is always pleasant).

 ### 9. 20 domains and 100 mailboxes in less than 15 minutes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dmitry Z. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

The service is incredibly fast. Tasks that used to take me 2-3 days of manual setup now take just 10 min. I’ve tried other providers and tested both GW/MS365 accounts, but they also took 3 days to get ready. Maildoso massively speeds up our onboarding for new clients. And with their API/MCP, I don’t even need to log in to the dashboard – I can just add maildoso directly to our ai system. Pricing is fine, either at the market average or lower.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

Deliverability can be unstable during the first 3-5 days after the launch. My recommendation is to wait 2 weeks minimum – that gives the mailboxes enough time to build up a strong reputation, so they’ll be active for a long time (up to 6 months).

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve accelerated and simplified campaign launches for all new clients, thanks to MCP and rapid mailbox registration. Now it takes minutes, not days as before.

 ### 10. Maildoso Made Scaling to 300 SMTP Inboxes Easy with Big Cost and Time Savings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bob P. | Commercial Innovation Program Operations Leader, Pharmaceuticals, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

We’ve scaled up to roughly 300 SMTP inboxes using Maildoso and the cost difference compared to our previous setup became noticeable pretty quickly. We also integrated their API into part of our internal workflow so mailbox creation and basic monitoring happen automatically now instead of someone doing it manually every week. For teams handling larger outbound volume, that time savings adds up fast.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

Domain pricing is reasonable overall, but at our scale even small differences add up over time. I wouldn’t complain if domain costs were slightly lower.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Infrastructure cost and operational overhead mainly. Before switching, maintaining large numbers of inboxes across different providers was getting expensive and messy. Moving over reduced our cost per lead quite a bit and simplified management for the team.
