## maildoso Reviews
 ### 1. Issue with domains

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olga D. | product, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

To their credit, once I escalated the issue Maildoso acted fairly on the money side: they cancelled all subscriptions and issued a full refund of everything I had paid. So on billing, the matter was ultimately resolved correctly, and I want to acknowledge that.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

The core problem is the product itself. Every domain I received was already on the SURBL ABUSE blacklist — I checked 6 of 6, including one that had never sent a single email, which means it was blacklisted before I ever used it. The result: mail-tester scored 8.2/10 with a URIBL_ABUSE_SURBL penalty and my emails went straight to spam — regardless of warmup or domain age. The identical email sent from my own clean domain scored 10/10 and landed in the inbox. The product is marketed for cold outreach, yet these domains were unusable for exactly that purpose.

Support was also very slow: replies took more than 24 hours, and there was no response at all on weekends — which makes a time-sensitive deliverability problem hard to resolve.

Getting a refund fixes the money, but it does not change the fact that the domains couldn't reach the inbox. I'd encourage anyone considering Maildoso to check the SURBL/blacklist status of the domains before sending. In principle Maildoso should provide ready-to-use infrastructure for cold email. In my case it did not solve that problem — the domains couldn't reach the inbox, so the core value (deliverability) wasn't there, and support responses were slow (24h+, none on weekends). On the positive side, the refund was handled in full after I raised the issue.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ther support is terrible! they answer in 24-48 hours and didnt solve your problem

 ### 2. Stable Infrastructure and Higher Reply Rates with Maildoso

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick B. | CEO & President, Airlines/Aviation, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

We switched from Inboxkit to Maildoso after another agency recommended it to us. During the first month, after warmup, our reply rates were around 1.5x-2x higher than what we were normally seeing before. What surprised me most is the stability after that initial period.

At one point some mailboxes burned, so we paused campaigns for about 2 weeks. After restarting, performance actually improved instead of getting worse. Since then, the infrastructure has been running very consistently for us without needing constant maintenance or rebuilding inboxes every other week.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

The beginning was a little stressful because a few mailboxes burned during the first month, and we weren’t sure if we would have to repeat the whole setup process again. The dashboard could also be a bit clearer in some sections.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before this, managing outreach infrastructure felt like a nonstop cycle of creating inboxes, warming them up, replacing them, and setting everything up again. Maildoso reduced a lot of that manual maintenance for our team. At this point, we barely even check the dashboard anymore because things have been running pretty steadily for the last couple months.

 ### 3. Best-in-Class SMTP Provider with Strong Deliverability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Florin T. | GTM Engineer in Residence, Program Development, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

I have been using it for a year already. Out of all SMTP providers, this one is the best. First of all, I want to say – SMTP often shows higher results than GW or MS 365. The claim that SMTP allegedly works worse is tales told by sequencers, as it is important for them to attract clients with GW/MS mailboxes. In reality, spam filters do not care about SMTP – millions of emails (service, transactional, opt-in) are sent from SMTP, and nothing lands in spam.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

I liked everything. There are no complaints. The only thing that can be fixed is onboarding.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maiildoso is the best provider in the SMTP niche. And there is nothing scary about using SMTP, they work not a bit worse.

 ### 4. Stable infrastructure designed for high-volume email operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura A. | Owner, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

Their robust API makes bulk domain acquisition and provisioning incredibly easy to automate. The automatic SSL certificate generation functions flawlessly, meaning our domains are immediately primed for warmup in our outbound sequencing tools.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

Maildoso charges a flat rate of $12 for any domain name, regardless of the TLD. This can be annoying because cheaper extensions like .xyz or .info cost much less on standard registrars, so you end up paying a premium for the automated setup convenience.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled with the tedious nature of manually preparing secondary sender domains. We used to lose up to 20% of our newly purchased inboxes due to minor DNS misconfigurations, but Maildoso has completely eliminated those setup errors

 ### 5. Reliable, Cost-Effective SMTP/IMAP Inboxes with Excellent Deliverability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake D. | Chief Executive Officer , Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

This platform offers an exceptionally reliable and cost-effective alternative to expensive workspace providers. We route our cold campaigns through their proprietary SMTP/IMAP inboxes. At just $0.75 per email account, our infrastructure costs are three times lower than with our previous provider, while retaining excellent deliverability.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

Customer support response times can be sluggish, particularly when submitting tickets outside of European business hours. For enterprise-level accounts, having a dedicated account manager would be a major improvement.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to scale our outbound operations to over 150 active senders but faced prohibitive infrastructure costs. Maildoso enabled us to drastically reduce our lead generation budget without sacrificing email deliverability or domain health.

 ### 6. Quick Setup, Smooth Integration, and Big Savings on Mailboxes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex B. | Product Manager, Program Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

Ngl, I was pretty sceptical. Mailboxes for $0.49–$0.75 sounded like one of those deals where you save money upfront and then spend the next month fixing random issues. But honestly, it’s been fine. Setup was quick, the mailboxes connected to our sending tool without drama, and the bill is way lower than it used to be. Idk what else I’m supposed to ask for at this price.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

The cheapest rate is for higher volumes, so it’s not quite the same deal if you only need a handful of mailboxes.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our infra costs stopped eating into the margin on smaller client campaigns.

 ### 7. Scaled Outreach Smoothly While Keeping Multiple Sending Environments Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cameron H. | Sales Executive, Real Estate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

We run outreach for several clients at the same time, so keeping everything organized is important. What I like most is that we can manage different sending environments without creating extra work for the team. Over the last 4 months, we've scaled from 12 to 38 active mailboxes and the process has been fairly smooth.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

There are a few sections where I wish there were more explanations for newer users. We figured things out after a while, but some features could be easier to understand on day one.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit has been reducing operational work. Previously, we spent too much time moving between different providers and checking accounts manually. Now our team can spend more time building campaigns and working with clients instead of managing infrastructure.

 ### 8. More Positive Replies and Stable Deliverability After Switching to Maildoso

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin H. | Founder, Management Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

I manage outbound for a recruitment agency working with US tech companies. Before moving to Maildoso, we received around 20–25 positive replies per month. After the migration, that increased to roughly 45–50. Our reply rate also improved from about 2.7% to 4.6%. We cleaned our contact lists and reduced the daily sending limits at the same time, so Maildoso wasn’t the only reason for the improvement. Still, deliverability became much more stable after the move.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

Reply analytics aren’t available inside Maildoso, so we still track them in our outreach platform.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We generated more convos without increasing our sending volume.

 ### 9. Maildoso Made Outbound Campaigns and Inbox Management Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dhaval P. | Founder and CEO, Animation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

We started using Maildoso a few months ago for outbound campaigns and it has made inbox management easier for our team. I like that we can keep multiple sending accounts in one place without spending too much time setting everything up. The onboarding process was simpler than expected and we were able to start campaigns fairly quickly.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

The dashboard can feel slightly cluttered after adding more inboxes, especially when switching between accounts. Support has been decent overall, but there were a few moments where responses took longer than expected.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us manage outreach infrastructure without relying on a fully manual process. Before this, keeping track of inboxes and domain settings across different tools was more time consuming. With Maildoso things feel more centralized and easier to maintain week to week.

 ### 10. Super simple setup for running small email campaigns

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kris L. | Managing Director, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

This is the easiest way to purchase a domain and create a professional-looking email address in just a few clicks. The dashboard is very clear, even for people like me who are not very good with computer technology.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

The billing section and the credit card payment gateway sometimes freeze, and I have to reload the browser page to see if my purchase was successful.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to make mistakes when writing DNS records manually, especially with SPF and DKIM tags, which sent my emails to spam. Now the system configures everything automatically, and my setup has zero technical errors.

 ### 11. Rock-Solid Stability and Smart Tracking Domains That Boost Open Rates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donald C K. | Founder, Professional Training & Coaching, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

The technical stability of their system is great. The inboxes remain fully active for months without disconnecting, and the automatic generation of custom tracking domains for each new inbox has greatly improved our overall email open rates.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

The support team can be slow to respond to tickets during US business hours. Sometimes we have to wait until the next morning to get our technical questions resolved.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our old hosting service suffered from frequent mail server downtime, which spiked our email bounce rates and damaged our sender score. Maildoso's stable servers have kept our operations running 24/7.

 ### 12. 20 domains and 100 mailboxes in less than 15 minutes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dmitry Z. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

The service is incredibly fast. Tasks that used to take me 2-3 days of manual setup now take just 10 min. I’ve tried other providers and tested both GW/MS365 accounts, but they also took 3 days to get ready. Maildoso massively speeds up our onboarding for new clients. And with their API/MCP, I don’t even need to log in to the dashboard – I can just add maildoso directly to our ai system. Pricing is fine, either at the market average or lower.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

Deliverability can be unstable during the first 3-5 days after the launch. My recommendation is to wait 2 weeks minimum – that gives the mailboxes enough time to build up a strong reputation, so they’ll be active for a long time (up to 6 months).

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve accelerated and simplified campaign launches for all new clients, thanks to MCP and rapid mailbox registration. Now it takes minutes, not days as before.

 ### 13. Support That Actually Solves Problems Fast, Hands-On Help for Mailbox Migration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Collin S. | Author, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

We had an issue connecting a few hundred mailboxes to our sequencer. I messaged support expecting the usual canned reply but they actually looked into it and helped us finish the migration. No “have you tried clearing your cache?” nonsense. No getting passed between five different people. They just sorted it out, which shouldn’t feel unusual for SaaS support, but here we are.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

Some of the answers from support should probs be added to the knowledge base.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We avoided several days of downtime and didn’t have to troubleshoot the whole thing ourselves.

 ### 14. Maildoso Made Scaling to 300 SMTP Inboxes Easy with Big Cost and Time Savings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bob P. | Commercial Innovation Program Operations Leader, Pharmaceuticals, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

We’ve scaled up to roughly 300 SMTP inboxes using Maildoso and the cost difference compared to our previous setup became noticeable pretty quickly. We also integrated their API into part of our internal workflow so mailbox creation and basic monitoring happen automatically now instead of someone doing it manually every week. For teams handling larger outbound volume, that time savings adds up fast.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

Domain pricing is reasonable overall, but at our scale even small differences add up over time. I wouldn’t complain if domain costs were slightly lower.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Infrastructure cost and operational overhead mainly. Before switching, maintaining large numbers of inboxes across different providers was getting expensive and messy. Moving over reduced our cost per lead quite a bit and simplified management for the team.

 ### 15. Cost-Effective SMTP Performance, Recommended for Outreach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alejandro R. | Vice President Strategy Manager, Financial Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

I was really impressed with the performance of the SMTP mailboxes on Maildoso. In our tests with 10 SMTP mailboxes versus 10 Google Workspace accounts, the SMTP consistently delivered better results while being more cost-effective. I also appreciate the flexibility that Maildoso provides; being able to test different mailbox options on the same platform made it easy for us to compare and determine the best setup for our campaigns. The initial setup was fairly straightforward too.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

The platform took a little time to learn in the beginning, especially while comparing different mailbox options. Once we got familiar with it, things became easier, but some areas could be more straightforward for new users. For us, the biggest challenge at the beginning was understanding which mailbox setup would be the best fit for our campaigns. I think some onboarding guidance for first-time users could help.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maildoso gives us good performance at a low cost for cold email outreach. It scales easily as campaigns grow, with high-performing SMTP mailboxes and the flexibility to test different setups, ultimately improving engagement while being more cost-effective.

 ### 16. Effortless Email Management with Maildoso

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacob B. | Senior Solutions Consultant, Program Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

For managing sending infrastructure without having to manually handle every technical detail, I find Maildoso to be helpful. The platform ensures that our team maintains consistent communication workflows by keeping mailboxes and domains organized. I also valued the simple onboarding procedure, which included clear instructions for setting up a mailbox and a domain connection, making it simple to get started without significant technical challenges. By offering monitoring and management tools that support consistent email delivery, Maildoso makes it easier to maintain a positive sender reputation. I'm very likely to tell a friend or coworker about Maildoso.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

Teams that frequently review performance data would benefit from more reporting flexibility and exportable analytics.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I monitor sender reputation and maintain dependable email delivery by using Maildoso to handle outbound communication. It makes infrastructure management easier, enabling my team to maintain consistent workflows and keep domains and mailboxes organized without having to manually handle all technical details.

 ### 17. Stability and Efficiency Restored Our Email Campaign Performance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maddison M. | Marketing & ESG Coordinator , Transportation/Trucking/Railroad, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

I appreciate Maildoso's overall stability of the infrastructure which has made our campaigns run consistently over time. We no longer worry about the system randomly breaking and having to rebuild everything. The onboarding flow feels smoother, and their support for Google Workspace and the API has made it easier for our team to manage campaigns without dealing with technical issues. The platform felt more stable compared to our previous experience. They also added new features like monthly plans and better integrations, which helped us manage outreach at scale. Our reply rates have improved, been better at around 5% lately, and I don’t constantly worry about the system randomly breaking anymore.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

The experience is definitely better now compared to 2025, but I still think communication during issues could improve a little more. During the earlier blacklist period there was a lot of uncertainty on our side. I think faster updates during incidents would help a lot, even if there isn't a full solution yet. During the blacklist period last year (2025), the hardest part for us was not really knowing how long things would take or what the next steps were. More proactive communication inside the dashboard or through email/slack would probably make situations like that feel less stressful for customers managing active campaigns.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maildoso has stabilized our email infrastructure, reducing technical disruptions and making campaign management smoother. Our reply rates have improved, and we spend less time on technical fixes, allowing focus on performance improvements.

 ### 18. Streamlined Mailbox Management That Scales Effortlessly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren H. | Financial Representative, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

I like that Maildoso removes a lot of the manual work involved in setting up and managing mailboxes. It makes onboarding new domains faster and keeps our outreach infrastructure organized as we scale.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

I’d like to see more advanced reporting filters and export options, especially for organizing data across multiple domains and client campaigns.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maildoso helps us reduce the time spent setting up and managing email infrastructure. It makes onboarding new domains and mailboxes easier, allowing us to scale outreach campaigns more efficiently.

 ### 19. Streamlined Outreach with Time-Saving Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tetsu A. | Vice President, Japan Partner Sales / Business Development/ Marketing, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

I appreciate how Maildoso streamlines our client outreach campaigns by handling sending inboxes and domains for cold email, so we don't need someone constantly checking technical stuff. It made things more predictable for us, reducing the amount of troubleshooting we have to do weekly. I really like that it saves us time because once everything is running, we don’t have to babysit every inbox. Adding new accounts for another campaign is easier now. The process of managing at scale is faster, making it easier for our team to focus more on outreach performance and client work without spending too much time on infrastructure maintenance. The initial setup was easier than we expected, with straightforward steps that didn't require a long onboarding process.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

The interface could be smoother in some areas. Sometimes finding certain settings takes longer than it should. Support is okay, but not always super fast.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use maildoso for client outreach, reducing random deliverability problems, and cutting down weekly troubleshooting. It saves time by managing inboxes and domains without constant monitoring and simplifies adding new accounts, allowing us to focus on campaign performance.

 ### 20. Effortlessly Manages Cold Email Outreach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guido M. | Seed Round Investor, Health, Wellness and Fitness, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

maildoso makes setup easy. Once everything is connected, I don't have to keep fixing things every time I want to start a new campaign. I appreciate having multiple inboxes ready to use because it helps spread out sending instead of relying on just one account. It makes day-to-day outreach less stressful. Scaling is smoother since I don't have to spend time creating and configuring each inbox individually. It saves time and keeps things organized when running outreach. The initial setup was pretty straightforward, with clear steps that didn’t take much time to figure out.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

Support could be a bit faster sometimes, especially when we’re setting things up or something isn’t clear. It’s not a constant issue, but when you’re trying to launch a campaign it can slow things down a bit. Also the dashboard could feel a little smoother when switching between multiple inboxes, it gets slightly repetitive when you’re managing a lot at once.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Maildoso to save time on email outreach by easily managing multiple inboxes and domains. It simplifies setup, reduces errors, speeds up launching campaigns, and keeps our operations organized, lessening stress and pressure on single inboxes.

 ### 21. Self-Healing Saves Time and Simplifies Mailbox Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pieter L. | Founder & Owner, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

I use Maildoso to manage about 600 mailboxes, and the self-healing feature is definitely the biggest advantage for us. It removes weak mailboxes from sending and gives them time to recover, which has drastically reduced the amount of daily mailbox monitoring our team has to do. This makes it so much easier to manage hundreds of mailboxes efficiently. The setup was straightforward, and we had our mailboxes ready quickly. The platform was easy to start using without needing much manual configuration.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

I can't see which mailboxes are active and which ones are currently recovering.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maildoso reduces daily mailbox monitoring and manages hundreds of mailboxes efficiently with its self-healing feature.

 ### 22. Effortlessly Manages Email Campaigns

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fadi G. | Marketing Director, Market Research, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

I like using Maildoso for managing cold email campaigns because it simplifies handling a large number of inboxes and dealing with replies without the hassle of manual setup. The automated DNS settings are great since our domains last 2 or 3 times longer, which addresses domains burnout. I have 80 active mailboxes that send about 17-20 emails each, totaling around 30,000 emails a month, and our placement rates are strong, close to 95% on testing. It's also nice that they push updates often, showing that they are actively improving things instead of just leaving it as is. Setting up Maildoso was pretty smooth compared to our previous more manual setup. Overall, I'm extremely likely to recommend Maildoso.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

I had a hiccup with a non US credit card not going through. But we resolved it eventually.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Maildoso for running cold email campaigns, managing a large number of inboxes, and handling replies without manual setup. It solves domain burnout by automating DNS settings, making our domains last two or three times longer.

 ### 23. Effortless Cold Outreach with Reliable Deliverability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael U. | Founder & CEO, Program Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

I find the global customer tracking really helpful because it prevents hitting spam filters even when including links in the first email, which is great for scheduling demo calls early. Our reply rate is around 3-5% in a competitive B2B SaaS niche, and the API integration with Instantly was seamless, connecting mailboxes with just one click. I also appreciate the savings on domain registration, which is just $12 for a .com, and there’s no need to stress over manually writing MX and SPF records. The initial setup was pretty smooth as well.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

There were a couple of delays with activating new workspace accounts. The site said 2 hours but it actually took until the end of the day. Their response rate needs to be improved.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Maildoso for cold outreach, sending campaigns with links without hurting deliverability. It saves on domain registration costs and simplifies email setup, and global tracking improves deliverability, helping us book demos early.

 ### 24. Effortless Mailbox Scaling with Automated DNS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nazhin B. | Design Lead, Program Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

I appreciate Maildoso for solving our clustering issues, where each mailbox is isolated, preventing all accounts from being affected if one gets banned. The transition of moving 120 mailboxes was smooth, with no breakage. What stands out to me is not having to manually set up DNS for every domain, as it's automated, saving a lot of time. This automation allows us to spin up new domains faster. Additionally, the pricing is noticeably cheaper than our previous provider, and the initial setup was straightforward.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

Support can sometimes make you nervous. I messaged the chat on the site and waited about four hours for a reply which was annoying. When something feels urgent, waiting a few hours can be a bit stressful, especially if campaigns are running. Even a quick acknowledgement would help so you know someone is on it.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maildoso isolates each mailbox to prevent cluster bans, automates DNS setup saving time, and offers cheaper pricing than our previous provider.

 ### 25. Game-Changer for Cold Emailing with High Deliverability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christy D. | President, Airlines/Aviation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

I appreciate maildoso for its Global Custom Domain Tracking feature, which is a complete game changer. It allows me to add links like Calendly or Loom to the first email without worrying about landing in the spam folder, providing more confidence when sending campaigns. The IP reputation is very high quality compared to what you get elsewhere, effectively stopping the 'spam folder' trap. The initial setup was pretty well, and overall, I'm extremely likely to recommend maildoso to a friend or colleague.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

I wish there was an audit log to see what my other team members changed. Maybe just more visibility into how the tracking is performing would be nice, like simple stats.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use maildoso to send campaigns with links like Calendly or Loom without worrying about spam. It stops the 'spam folder' trap with high IP reputation, and GCDT boosts confidence by allowing links in emails without hurting deliverability.

 ### 26. Effortless Deliverability for Agencies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fredrick C. | Vice President of Technology, Management Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

I appreciate that with Maildoso, I no longer need a dedicated technical person to maintain our email servers as everything runs on autopilot. We switched to their combo package (SMTP + GW), and it really helped with deliverability; most emails actually land now, around 90-95% from what we see. It's very convenient to buy domains directly in the dashboard, and the initial setup was straightforward, which made the transition smooth.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

Some of my domains got blacklisted after the first campaign, but they replaced them for me with new ones. I think the main thing would be better prevention or early warnings, like some kind of alert if a domain is at risk before it actually gets blacklisted.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maildoso automates our email outreach, eliminates the need for a dedicated tech person, and significantly improves email deliverability (90-95%). It's convenient to buy domains directly from the dashboard.

 ### 27. Reliable Stability and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barron R. | T/A, Oil & Energy, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

I really appreciate that Maildoso just works. Once everything was set up, I didn’t have to keep fixing things all the time, which is a huge relief. The stability and account management it provides have made our operations a lot more consistent. Moreover, their support has been pretty responsive whenever we needed help with smaller requests like connecting our own domains. Also, the initial setup was pretty easy, which made the transition smooth for us.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

Maybe the dashboard could be a bit cleaner in some sections.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maildoso provides stability and simplifies account management, saving our team time spent on inbox issues and account replacement. It integrates all SMTP providers, handles increased outreach volume, and offers responsive support. The setup was easy, although the dashboard could be cleaner.

 ### 28. Scalable Email Solution with Predictable Costs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Norman A. | Product Executive, Manufacturing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

I like using Maildoso for running high-volume cold emails efficiently. It allowed us to double our outbound volume this quarter without doubling our infrastructure spend, solving the scaling costs issue. We are sending nearly 45k emails a month across 150 boxes, and the uptime is solid without any mass suspensions. The cost is predictable, averaging about $2 per mailbox, which makes planning a lot easier as scaling up doesn't come with surprises. The initial setup was pretty straightforward.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

There's no mobile app. I'd like to be able to check domain health while I'm away from my computer. It's mostly about quick access. Sometimes you just want to check the domain or mailbox health when you're not at your desk.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Maildoso to double our outbound email volume without increasing our infrastructure costs. The uptime is solid, and costs per mailbox are predictable, making scaling easier without financial surprises.

 ### 29. Solid Provider: Great Deliverability, Easy Platform, and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martyn P. | Senior Manager, Software Design, Manufacturing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

A solid provider. Deliverability is good, and the platform is easy to work with. Tech support replies quickly and to the point, without any canned or AI-generated responses.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

I need to type 40 characters here, so I am writing this sentence.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Over the past year, I’ve tried a lot of different providers, and honestly, I was getting exhausted by it. Different interfaces, different teams. I’m just glad I don’t have to keep shopping around anymore.

 ### 30. Diversified Outreach with Solid Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan K. | Chief AI Officer, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

I appreciate how Maildoso helps us diversify risk by not being dependent on just one provider since it allows us to spread our campaigns across different types of mailboxes. I like that the isolation feature works well, as each domain operates independently, which helps with our outreach efforts. The fact that we achieved decent results with hitting Outlook is reassuring. I also found the knowledge base to be actually useful, especially during the setup process. The initial setup was pretty smooth, and that's definitely a plus for me.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

I had an issue connecting via Bluemail. I eventually found the answer in the docs myself.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use maildoso for cold outreach, which helps diversify risk by not being dependent on just one provider like Google. Its isolation feature ensures each domain functions independently, and the useful knowledge base makes setup easier.

 ### 31. Effortless Scaling with Maildoso's Reliable Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yulia K. | Chief Business Development Officer at Stfalcon, Manufacturing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

I use Maildoso for running cold email outreach at scale, and I really like that I can manage multiple mailboxes and keep everything authenticated, which allows me to send campaigns without dealing with setup issues each time. The setup feels like reliable infrastructure that keeps our operations moving smoothly. One feature I appreciate is the ability to bring our domains and connect them, making scaling a lot easier without being locked into anything. The setup is fast too, as I managed to get 40 accounts live and authenticated in under 10 minutes. The initial setup was straightforward, which is a big plus for me.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

Wish they had more CRM integrations.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maildoso manages our cold email outreach at scale, handling deliverability and setup, saving us from technical setup issues. It keeps our operations smooth as we send 18,000 emails a month without manual setups.

 ### 32. Streamlined Our Email Campaigns with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kerem O. | Cybersecurity Architect, Capital Markets, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

I like that Maildoso is fairly simple to use once completed and doesn't require a lot of technical knowledge to get started. Managing multiple sending accounts feels smoother compared to what we used before. The domain setup part saved us a decent amount of time. The initial setup was easier than I expected, as most of it was pretty straightforward. We were able to get inboxes connected without spending hours reading documentation. Things are more stable and easier to keep running week to week.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

Nothing much

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maildoso solved the issue of spending too much time prepping accounts before starting campaigns. It made operations more stable and easier to manage week to week, simplifying domain setups and allowing easy management of multiple sending accounts.

 ### 33. Cost-Effective Scaling with Effortless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael B. | Founder/CEO, Program Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

I really appreciate that Maildoso is built for scale. We run about 400 mailboxes through it, and the cost savings we get compared to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 are huge. The one-click integration with our sequencer made getting started very easy. The SMTP setup makes it easy to handle large volumes without things breaking, so I don't have to worry too much about managing individual mailboxes.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

There's no built-in warm-up tool anymore, so you have to rely on an external service for that. It's not a huge issue, but it does add one more step to manage. It would be better if they added a simple built-in warm-up feature again, even something basic. Right now, switching between tools makes the process a bit fragmented.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Maildoso to lower costs and scale email outreach. Managing 400 mailboxes, I send 50k-70k emails monthly without budget increases. The SMTP setup simplifies large volumes, with one-click integration easing the startup process.

 ### 34. Effortless Email Scaling, Exceptional ROI with Maildoso

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Igor R. | CTO, Program Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

I appreciate Maildoso's pricing, which keeps our costs around $2 to $2.50 per mailbox while including both SMTP and Google Workspace. This is a very good deal from my experience. I also like the automated DNS setup (SPF/DKIM), which saves a lot of back and forth with the technical team. Another aspect I like is the simplified setup, which makes sending at scale much more reliable. The initial setup was pretty straightforward thanks to the automated DNS configuration.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

The UI is very basic. It's not 'pretty' by modern SaaS standards and sometimes navigating feels a bit tricky. It will be pretty good if all this could be improved.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Maildoso to scale our email outreach. Managing over 120 mailboxes manually was a nightmare, but now we send 35,000 emails monthly and book 100+ calls without stressing about infrastructure. It simplifies setup, automates DNS, and offers competitive pricing for SMTP and Google Workspace.

 ### 35. Transforming Cold Email Outreach with Robust Deliverability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rashique R. | Portfolio Manager, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

I like Maildoso because it allows us to manage multiple mailboxes and maintain deliverability while sending around 15,000 emails a month without blacklist issues. The self-healing feature is great for managing our account burn rate, keeping our volume consistent without constant monitoring. The solid deliverability and improved reply rates, which jumped from 1% to nearly 3% after moving over 50 mailboxes, are impressive. The IP rotation Maildoso uses for SMTP effectively keeps our accounts out of the spam folder, stabilizing our sending reputation.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

The onboarding documentation could be clearer. If you aren't already familiar with how cold email infrastructure works, you might find the initial setup a bit confusing.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Maildoso for cold email outreach at scale, managing multiple mailboxes to keep stable deliverability and avoid blacklist issues. Its self-healing and IP rotation features maintain our sending reputation, making sure emails don't fall into spam and improving reply rates.

 ### 36. Flexible IP Rotation That Keeps Mailboxes Performing Strongly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arvid K. | CEO, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

The IP rotation is the main tech advantage for us. Mailboxes aren’t tied to one permanent IP, and poorly performing IPs can be replaced.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

There aren’t any detailed infrastructure logs. Most competitors don’t provide them either, but they’d still be usefull.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer need to monitor every sending IP ourselves.

 ### 37. Effortless Scaling with Maildoso

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Will B. | Co-Founder and CEO, Transportation/Trucking/Railroad, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

I use Maildoso to efficiently build and manage our mailboxes and domains for outreach. It solves the issue of burning through domains by capping at 15 emails per day per box, which has stabilized our deliverability. I'm impressed with how fast it sets up domains, mailboxes, and DNS configurations, making them ready to use quickly. The ease of scaling is Maildoso's biggest draw; scaling from 75 to 300 boxes without a dip in deliverability was seamless. I find managing the domain-to-mailbox ratio simple with Maildoso, and creating new domains and mailboxes in minutes without needing technical expertise is great. I enjoy the IP rotation and inbox reputation monitoring features that keep our outreach in people's inboxes rather than spam. The setup was really straightforward, getting our domains and mailboxes live and ready in just a few minutes.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

The dashboard analytics are a bit thin and I think it could be more detailed. I have to pull data from my sequencer to really see the health of specific domains, as the internal view is quite basic.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maildoso stabilizes our email deliverability by capping email volume and makes setting up domains and mailboxes fast. It simplifies scaling, maintains our deliverability rate, and ensures emails land in inboxes by managing IP rotation and inbox reputation.

 ### 38. Boosted Email Deliverability and ROI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle M. | Fractional Controller, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

I use Maildoso for managing outbound email setups across multiple domains and mailboxes, mainly for cold outreach campaigns. What I like most about Maildoso is its reliability and pricing. The SMTP + Google Workspace combo (15 + 15) provides a solid setup at a very low cost per mailbox, making it unbeatable for the price. This combination is really effective because using SMTP alongside Google Workspace helps spread sending across different systems. It offers flexibility in how we set things up while maintaining low costs. Overall, it's a good balance between performance and affordability. Additionally, the initial setup of domains and mailboxes with Maildoso was pretty easy and didn't take long.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

The main thing for me is the limited TLD options in the app. It would be better to have more domain choices available directly. Having more TLD options available directly in the platform would make scaling easier without relying on external providers. It would also be helpful if domain purchasing and setup were a bit more streamlined inside the app so everything can be managed in one place.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use maildoso for managing outbound email setups across multiple domains and mailboxes. It solves the problem of emails going to spam, improving deliverability significantly and increasing our reply rate from 0.5% to 2.5%.

 ### 39. Reliable Deliverability for German B2C Markets

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Weymouth G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

I mainly use Maildoso for scaling and stabilizing our B2C email outreach in Germany. It lets me warm up new domains and email accounts automatically, so I can safely increase sending volume without getting blocked or blacklisted. I also like how it manages multiple inboxes in one place and keeps our main company domain completely separate from outreach, so our core business communication is never affected. Maildoso helps me significantly with email deliverability—something that’s absolutely critical for B2C in Germany—and it takes away all the stress around it. I appreciate how it handles domain warming and inbox reputation so smoothly that I can focus on creating campaigns instead of fixing technical issues. It’s reliable and just works quietly in the background without complicated setups or constant troubleshooting. Another big plus is how well it handles German email providers like GMX, Web.de, and Outlook.de, which improves our open rates and response rates.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

The user interface feels a bit basic compared to more modern tools—it's functional but not as polished or visually clear as some German-focused email tools, which makes it take a little time to get used to. Some automation features are also limited. You can't set up super complex workflows directly inside the platform; for more advanced B2C sequences, I still have to connect it with other tools. It's great for deliverability, but not as strong for full campaign automation.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Maildoso to fix spam folder issues, protect our main company domain, manage multiple inboxes in one place, and ensure stable B2C email outreach in strict markets like Germany. It automatically warms up domains and improves deliverability, saving us hours and keeping communications safe.

I also found the initial setup of Maildoso relatively straightforward, with clear guidance on domain configuration and mailbox provisioning, which facilitated efficient onboarding for our team.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

the reporting tools could offer more detailed insights into deliverability trends and mailbox performance over time

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maildoso manages our outbound email infrastructure and monitors domain health, reducing operational complexity by overseeing elements to maintain sender reputation. Its centralized dashboard simplifies the technical side, allowing quick checks on domain health, mailbox activity, and sending status, maintaining organized email operations and addressing deliverability issues faster.

The quick account switching and easy setup genuinely save a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

The login page takes a few tries to load sometimes. It really needs improvement so that everything can function well. It's mainly the loading issue, sometimes it just takes a couple tries before it actually logs in.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maildoso saves my weekends by maintaining emails without my intervention and changing low-performing accounts quickly saves time and money.

 ### 42. Simplified Email Management with Stellar Deliverability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael K. | Board Advisor, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

Maildoso makes managing domains, mailboxes, and deliverability much easier by centralizing everything in one place. I love how I can avoid the hassle of manual configuration and instead monitor sending health through a single dashboard. The domain and mailbox management features are quite valuable as they simplify controlling multiple sending accounts. The automated warm-up feature is great for preparing new mailboxes gradually to build a healthy sender reputation. Deliverability monitoring is also crucial, as it quickly shows if emails are reaching inboxes and helps us adjust our setup as needed. The setup process was straightforward, with domain connection and mailbox configuration guided step-by-step, allowing us to get everything running without much technical difficulty.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

I find it would be helpful if Maildoso had more advanced analytics and exportable reports. This would make it easier to review performance trends over time. I also think having more advanced reporting options, like deeper deliverability trends, mailbox-level performance insights, and customizable dashboards, could make Maildoso even stronger.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's great that Maildoso centralizes our outreach infrastructure management, which helps us maintain deliverability and saves time on technical configuration. Setup was straightforward, and the platform guided us through domain and mailbox configuration, allowing us to get campaigns running quickly.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

One area that could be improved is reporting and analytics. While the platform provides the main deliverability insights, more detailed campaign performance data would make it even more useful. More granular analytics would be helpful, such as detailed open, reply, and bounce trends across different domains and mailboxes. It would also be useful to have historical performance reports, exportable data, and clearer visual charts to track deliverability changes over time.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Maildoso to centralize and simplify managing our email outreach infrastructure, saving time on setup and improving deliverability. It provides a clear dashboard for managing multiple mailboxes and keeping our emails out of spam.

Our average reply rates are holding at 2.8%, showing that the initial warmup and placement are working exactly as they should. The initial setup was honestly very easy.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

The interface could be better. It just feels a bit basic right now. Not bad, but you have to click around more than you should to find things.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Maildoso to set up and manage over 50 mailboxes quickly, which used to take half a day's work, allowing us to focus more on campaigns and copy rather than setup.

Deliverability has been solid so far, my emails are landing in the inbox and I'm getting consistent response rates. For a self-managed cold email stack this is exactly what I needed: hassle-free infrastructure that just works, so I can focus on campaigns rather than babysitting mail servers.
Happy to recommend.

Not much - could be more competitive on pricing since its private infra and theres lower overheads compared to google/outlook

**Reviewed by:** Jerry K. | CEO, Medical Devices, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

I like the new outreach insights system in Maildoso. It's basically an automated health check that tells you if your warm-up settings are wrong. Managing outreach for four different client portfolios, it's a huge relief to have the system monitor the health for me. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty smooth and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

I'd like to see more detailed logs on SMTP connection errors. Right now it's basic, so you still have to guess sometimes.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maildoso solves client churn issues by improving delivery, leading to more client leads and retention. I like the new outreach insights system as it provides automated health checks, saving me the effort of manually monitoring the health across multiple client portfolios.

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

I love that the onboarding flow with Maildoso was easy. I registered 15 domains and had 75 mailboxes running by lunch. I also appreciate that deliverability to corporate inboxes is actually hitting the primary folder about 80% of the time, according to our testers. The initial setup was pretty easy overall.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

The checkout page felt a bit clunky with my company card. Had to try twice to get it to authorize. The checkout process could be smoother, especially for business cards as it sometimes takes an extra try.

**What problems is maildoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Maildoso for cold email outreach, solving inbox placement issues. It prevents emails from going to spam, and works well for delivering to corporate inboxes.
