I've had difficulty converting PDFs to HTML files and uploading them into MailClickConvert. There were formatting errors that made the emails look bad, like jumbled or garbled. This issue prevented us from sending out emails efficiently. Also, I have to rely on team members to convert PDFs to HTMLs, which adds an extra step and takes extra time.
