Technical support reply but give you the minimum of information, often dashing off very quick answers to the point of being brusque. This gives me the impression they just want to get away with doing the bare minimum. Their back end admin is also poor, they send reminders for things that have already been done, and when I asked them about this they replied just saying that's the way it is, and they will make no effort to change the system.
