Mailchimp is a really easy to use e-mail marketing platform that has an really good deliverability rate for my campaigns. I use this tool for three different things:

1. Individual campaigns

2. Automated flows

3. Transactional mailing for e-commerce

Individual campaigns are easy to set up and to create an stunning email with the drag and drop feature that is getting better over time. Adding images, links videos is one of the features I love the most.

The automated flows are also amazing, the UI is clean and simple to use and all the features that you can use are a lot, so it's going to take you some time to know every one of them.

I find Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing to be very user-friendly, especially when compared to our previous tool, MailerLite. Replicating is easier, making the task less of a hassle.
