What do you like best about Mailbutler?

I only have the basic unpaid version but it has already saved me from sending emails that I was not quite ready to send. I got it because I wanted a way to schedule emails to be sent in the future from directly within Mail. I have not even begun to scratch the surface of all of the features in this program but I very much like what I see and love the "undo send" feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential Tool for your everyday email tasks!"

What do you like best about Mailbutler?

I love being able to create templates and collaborate with my business partner. The Undo Send feature is a LIFESAVER!!!! Have needed that for a long time! And having the ability to track your email and receive data is key for proper follow up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailbutler?

All the features are great. I would suggest having a collaborate team price so that one price may include multiple users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mailbutler solving and how is that benefiting you?

Problem #1 Solved - Templatizing (yes it's a word) messaging so that you do not have to re-write the same messaging every time

Problem #2 Solved - Being able to track and receive activity data as to how your emails are performing.

Problem #3 Solved - Having the ability to Undo Send is great!. I have a tendency to hit send prematurely and I soon after realize that I have the wrong person on the To: section and CC; section reversed. Or I realize I misspelled something in the Subject line or just forgot to add a link. Being able to Undo Send has been a key feature for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mailbutler?

I've been using this for few years now. It's a must have. This takes Mail.app to the next level to keep it competetive with the 3rd party email apps out there. I hope the team transitions Mailbutler to the newly announced Extension system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Delay send is a much appreciated feature of Mailbutler."

What do you like best about Mailbutler?

Windows/Outlook allows you to delay send an email so that people get them at optimal times, despite the time you are creating them. Helps prevent people reading an email on their phone in off hours then forgetting about it. So happy that Mailbutler adds this key functionality to the Mac Mail program. Thank you!
