Not a bad product but there are others out there that are just as good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their support is unresponsive and slow. LIFETIME users are excluded from any updates unless they agree to purchase a new lifetime license for version 3.0. They SAY you can keep 2.0 but they are discontinuing support and will no longer provide any updates. Also, tried to download 2.0 on my computer and it automatically installed 3.0. I'm done with them. Mailbird is a reliable email client. I find it easy to use my many Gmail accounts to have them all in one unified space. It's fast and has a host of features like integrating Evernote and facebook. I use these man times daily and having them integrated is a productivity booster. Customer support is prompt aned very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really don't have a dislike at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mailbird is user friendly and low cost with many advanced features. It was very quick to set up with my IMAP, POP3, and Gmail mailboxes. It is less complex than the desktop Outlook which I used to use. Outlook has many more features, but Mailbird has everything I need.
I like how I can see individual inboxes or combned inboxes.
From the Mailbird interface I can access other apps including Google calendar, Trello and ChatGPT Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasionally Mailbird crashes for no apparent reason. Sometimes the app is slow to startup.
Search is fast, but when emails are found in searches it is not clear whicih folder they are located in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's probably the fastest way I've found to process emails bar none. I connected an account from one of my team that they were supposed to manage and it had 1000's of unread emails. I got through all the junk in about 4 hours and the rest of the day to repond to the still relevant ones. This is the only system I've found that works this fast for me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Weirdly, too many integrations. I like that they have them, but I found for me that using the extra stuff was harder than opening native apps. Also, I have an issue about once a quarter where it stops sending emails when I reply to them and I have to remove the profile and re-add it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to setup, Google Workspace integration and HTML signatur Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Buying a lifetime licens, when Mailbird was version 2. When a mail that that version 3 is coming, but your licens dont cover new versions.
Thats no big deal, but now they remove features from version 2, and apprently bug and security fixes are also going away. From a "lifetime" licens. I brought a new licens, to avoid moving software, but that might be nessesary if it happens again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Get all mail accounts in the same folder Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have a paid version and cannot create templates for repeatedly used emails. You cannot search for an email across multiple accounts, you have to search each email account and folder one at a time. There is no "undo" button. In these ways, it is inferior to Thunderbird. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In a previous world, before Mailbird torched its reputation for the sake of a dollar, the client was pretty useful and I enjoyed using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The forced-click of their ads in a client I paid for, the reneging on the lifetime subscription that I paid for, the snarky tone of their customer service, the pushing of extras like mail tracking as an upsell, the lack of respect for their customers, their shady business practices. I have been using Mailbird for a few years now. It used to be a good software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After the last update it randomly crashes, especially when trying to open a web link. It says reported to support, but nothing happens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
