Magical has been a fantastic tool for me to reduce the amount of time I spend typing repetitive, common information. With some additional training and development, it’s easy to customize the way that you work with it by adding filters and shortcuts, creating lists, and more. The best feature is something called “text-to-keyboard” which allows you to type out an entire sentence in an email message or document and then have it instantly converted into a keyboard shortcut. I haven't come across any dislikes. The pop-up can be annoying, but I can most likely adjust those settings. Really, I haven't put the time into it to function specifically to my needs. As a CSM, I repeatedly have to update my CRM daily from LinkedIn. Magical makes this really is to do with its transfers feature. Sometimes I might forget the combination I used or need to change something and searching the correct combination might take time, it would be super helpful to be able to search comfortably for the combo

I love the ability to quickly type the things I'd have to copy/paste routinely. I primarily use it in Google Groups to add email templates instead of copying them from GMail each time. being able to type 3-4 characters instead of an entire email is a major time (and headache) saver. The variables haven't been useful for me yet. I want them to pull certain data from email subject lines to use in my email responses, but magical doesn't pick that up as a variable option. I'd also love it if one of the variables could be that day's date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was easy to get set up with Magical, and I love how easy it is to create new shortcuts on the fly with the browser extension. Even short phrases that I type all the time are now just a couple clicks. I know that I could get even more out of it if I wanted to, especially with the Variables feature.
