I like that it allows me to easily stand up a world-class partner portal in a way that allows me to customize it for what I need.

**What do you like best about Magentrix PRM?**

Magentrix met or exceeded all our portal requirements. After extensive research and comparisons of the top portal vendors, Magentrix came out ahead. We especially love the granular permissions-based security roles, the auto-segmentation, and the user interface. In addition, the portal is extremely flexible and offers several unique features that no other portal did. Lastly, the CUSTOMER SERVICE is very, very good. It made the setup experience (even on a tight deadline)  go smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?**

A few functions require several steps to complete on the ADMIN side.

**Recommendations to others considering Magentrix PRM:**

Magentrix hit on all of our requirements, and we found it very configurable. The support and customer success team has gone over and above to make sure our launch was a huge success, and they have provided a high degree of customization to the interface for us. We contracted with the Magentirx PS team as well for some additional custom work so that the portal will offer our channel solutions to their unique needs. We are not a tech company, we are an industrial, agricultural machinery manufacturer and as such some of our channel needs are common to all channels but much is different. The flexibility of the Magentrix platform really allowed us to offer the exact features that our channel needs to be successful.  The feedback from our channel has been very positive.

**What problems is Magentrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have an excellent way to communicate with our channel, update them on news, register leads, track opportunities, reward them for engagement, and provide them with documents and resources. Our channel can now also access private folders to upload information to us., and use Collaboration Groups to communicate with each other.

**What do you like best about Magentrix PRM?**

To begin with, Paul was a patient and consummate sales professonial.  We were specifically looking for a PRM that had great functionality, but one in which we could "build" ourselves on a low-code, no-code platform. Magentrix was just that.  Our SalesForce Administrator, with Paul's coaching, was able to customize the PRM himself.  It not only integrates into SF, but mimics SF.  It is easy to use, intuitive, and provides loads of features.

**What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?**

If there was anything custom (we needed one odd button), it is a bit challenging. Communication with the dev team could be improved.  Having said that, once we were all on the same page, they got it completed quickly.

**What problems is Magentrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed one place for our Partners to self-manage their registered deals, as well as have access to collateral that could be automatically co-branded.  We also needed an LMS.  There are loads of other features we use as well: the MDF management, the forum, email generation out to Partners, etc.

Excellent support team who are always on hand whenever needed! Super easy to book in a meeting and get support. Navin and Paul in particular are brilliant!

Some of the functionality in the backend of the system is a bit clunky - i feel like maybe even colouring the buttons could help with navigation.

**What do you like best about Magentrix PRM?**

We appreciated how easy it was to get the platform implemented and we loved the functionalities it offers our partners; a one stop shop for everything they need with integration into our CRM.  This offered real time connectivity and communication between our team and our partners; streamlined multiple steps and reduced manual process on deal registrations.  Implementation is fast and easy and the platform comes with great support.  Our team appreciates how customizable the platform is to our unique requirements.  The resources we worked with from technical sales to support were extremely helpful; they were always very happy to help and still are more than happy to assist with anything we can't figure out. With the help of the Magentrix team, we've been able to build custom interfaces for our partners and customers alike to interact with.

**What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?**

The professional services process is a bit cumbersome; it took a long time from discussion to SOW and changes to any major custom coding need to be implemented by their team. Ideally during the implementation stage a more Agile approached is preferred.  However, the team is extremely responsive whenever we have any questions or need any new requests.   Stick to the out of the box solution as much as possible.

**What do you like best about Magentrix PRM?**

It is easy to modify forms and fields without the need to include support. We can set it up and have it syncing with Salesforce in minutes.

**What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?**

It would be nice to have more flexibility in the LMS portion of the tool. It is not the clearest or cleanest tool when it comes to working with courses, learning paths, and the assignment of coursework to a subset of partners.

**Recommendations to others considering Magentrix PRM:**

Ensure your CRM data, fields and flows are setup and accurate first, because the PRM will simply be reflecting what is there. This includes partner users, deal information, statuses, etc.

**What problems is Magentrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main benefit seen is a seamless transition and tracking of the entire partner journey, from new partner application through established partner deal registration. Not only is this seen in Magentrix, but we can track the journey from Salesforce new Lead to won Opportunity.

**What do you like best about Magentrix PRM?**

I was the lead internal implementer on both Impartner and Magentrix (when w replaced Impartner) - the key is that Magentrix does the same things as Impartner at a lower price, with less complexity and more operational support.

**What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?**

I don't think there's anything I dislike - the only thing is sometimes I've found it hard to find things that I'm looking for.  This will come with time as I am more familiar with Impartner at this point.

**Recommendations to others considering Magentrix PRM:**

My comparison is really between Magentrix and Impartner - hands down Magentrix is less expensive, easier to implement and administer and has the same if not more functionality standard.

**What problems is Magentrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest things that we are excited about is the communication portal for our internal Channel team and the partner.

**What do you like best about Magentrix PRM?**

Magentrix is by far the most flexible platform we reviewed. It can fit startups to large enterprises. The all-inclusive package out of the box checks all the boxes we wanted, and a reasonable investment in development and customization got us a very good-looking portal with plenty of features.
Communication with the team has been great from day one. Paul Bird is an outstanding individual and we're very fortunate to have him as our account executive.

**What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?**

So far I can't point out anything to dislike about Magentrix. It requires more knowledge and hands-on experience than some of the more limited platforms, but it pays its dividends. Also, their support team currently serves North America timezone (we're an Israeli company) but their 4 hour SLA  (and great team) makes up for it.

**What problems is Magentrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a channel-driven company and Magentrix, with its robust SFDC integration, allows our partners to do everything on one platform and allows us to fully monitor and manage the partners' engagement, pipeline, etc. 
The  LMS (training module) is where partners take online courses and get certified, all MDF requests and hardware requests are submitted through the portal and managed from SFDC, deal registration, etc.

We are in the implementation phase of getting our Magentrix instance setup and from the very first phone call we had when searching for a PRM platform to now, their support and responsiveness has been top notch. They offer a robust platform and It doesn't matter how simple or complex the question, they find a way to get it done. I trust their team 100% and look forward to a long, successful partnership. Naming of playbooks should be something more  generic.

**Recommendations to others considering Magentrix PRM:**

I would definitely recommend Magentrix to any company who is looking for an easy to use, robust solution that meets all of the core partner program/partner marketing needs. I have been working in the channel for over 13 years and this is the first solution I have seen that does everything we need it to "out of the box".

**What problems is Magentrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are implementing the Magentrix platform to give our resellers and technology partners one place to go where they can access all the resources they need to be successful when selling VHT products. We are leveraging the following capabilities in the first phase of our implementation: Deal registration, pipeline status, playbooks for sales and marketing resources, training videos on the LMS, Articles to share out news and announcements, MDF, and groups to form a private group for our partner advisors.

**What do you like best about Magentrix PRM?**

SiteMinder is a relatively new customer of Magentrix but before we decided to go with this product, we did our research. The Magentrix platform comes with great personalised and quick support. This meant that our time from onboarding to go live was fast, and we felt supported along the way.
Also one of the best features of Magentrix is the standard modules they have on offer - especially the event module - we love it. It is so easy to use and looks great within our partner portal.

**What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?**

We have experienced some delayed upload times for resources. Something that should take a few minutes can take up to 15-30mins.

We've recently launched our partner program and did this with ease thanks to the Magentrix platform. The time it would have taken to create our own portal vs finding a suitable solution and being up and running has meant we had a real advantage with our speed to market, whilst also looking professional.

**What do you like best about Magentrix PRM?**

Our team appreciates how customizable the platform is to our unique business needs. With the help of the Magentrix PRM team, we've been able to build custom interfaces for our partners and customers alike to interact with. 

One of the other key functionalities that we really appreciate is the fact that we can create our own Marketplace to feature our key partners to clients. This has enabled partners to interact with us and our customers on a level that we weren't able to do so before. They can include their own listing title, logos, images, descriptions, and call to action(s) for interested parties to contact them directly.

**What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?**

One of the things we've had to work around is that when you get custom coding from the team, any major changes need to be implemented by their support team. Ideally we'd like to be able to have a piece of custom code created with the ability to modify it on our end easily.

Our team is extremely happy with the support and expertise that Magentrix PRM has provided our company with.

With Magentrix PRM, we've been able to gamify our partner portal solution, allowing us to more actively engage our partners and provide rewarding experiences for lead referrals. The automated rewards system allows our partners to redeem their points for cash and gift cards seamlessly.

We're also able to track how our partners interact with the portal to determine who our most engaged users are. This helps us determine our key partners to focus on for the upcoming quarter and which ones we need to place into nurture campaigns.

The one on one support is top-notch. It's rare in today's age to have such helpful and instant support. Magentrix does this well. I can email and hop on a call with someone same day.

We loved the functionality of having our partners use Magentrix for partner integration into our CRM. It allowed for real time connectivity and communication between our team and our partners. The functionality is impeccable compared to any of the other PRM services we reviewed. Magentrix is the way to go.

End user functionality has to be built by the Magentrix team. We were luckily in a spot where we needed someone else to build this out, but would have loved to have a more plug and play option as well. HOWEVER, the team is extremely responsive when we have any issues or need to make any changes.

We are now able to utilize a partner facing platform that allows communication to flow in real time to update partners on connected deals and next steps. It truly helps us keep an open line of communication and make sure that's consistent across the board.

Magentrix offered more functionality and better tools to help us manage the site and enrich our channel partner relationships.  The support has been outstanding!  Their on-boarding team were super helpful, guiding us through the system and the professional service support was excellent when needed.  Now we're live they continue to provide great customer support to keep us on track. The fact that we only need to have one version of an asset in the system and can use multiple times is great.

Sometimes hard to remember where to change some properties to make the system work but the support team do a fantastic job to point us in the right direction.  We haven't set up the deeper integrations yet.

We want to do integrations with Magentrix.  It's the next step when we've had the system running properly for a little while.  We'd like to add the Salesforce and Shopify integrations as these would add a lot of value to our channel business

Magentrix has come along ways since I began working with them in 2018. The PRM solution I purchased and implemented while I was at KOUNT was a solid solution and as feature requested came in and the product matured it is just better now as I did the same for my current company. From deal registration, to pipeline management, to gamification and rewards. Magentrix PRM does the job well. I've vetted and reviewed the Forrester top 12 PRM platforms and dollar for dollar Magentrix just does more. It is seamlessly integrated with Salesforce and we LOVE the solution.

**What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?**

There is nothing that I dislike about the solution. It can do everything we need and even thing we don't know we need yet.

Don't choose any other vendor. You will not be disappointed.

We are trying to drive increase in lead generation via deal registration and partner referrals. We have increased our deal registration rates from 1.4 per partner in 2019 to 4.3 per partner in 2020. Even through COVID Magentrix keeps getting results as the result of it's seamless integration with Salesforce and data integration so we can effectively create marketing automation to keep our partners engaged at just the right time.

After an extensive analysis of PRM solultions, we found Magentrix provided the most value at a very competitive price point. The platform is easy to configure and use, but most importantly the support staff is extremely responsive and helpful. There is a great deal of functionality that is built-in to the product that is a separate cost with other solutions we looked at. Integration to SalesForce was very straight forward for our Administrator to configure.

I can't say I've come across an dislikes. Magentrix has check all the boxes for our needs, and offers some additional out-of-box capability we had not considered due to price with other solutions. Very complete solution with no downside at this point.

Do your homework upfront and understand your business and partnering needs before deploying -- plan the work, work the plan.

Deal registration and opportunity management was our #1 challenge. Commission visibility and management was another challenge, but Magentrix has a robust commission management module as a part of their out-of-box offering.  Share partner specific content was also a strong need that Magentrix helped us solve.

I would like to personally thank you for your support over the last 12 months. We are a finance / broker processing over 200 applications for credit monthly. Having a sound technological platform on which to build our PRM portal was critical in reducing customer and vendor inbound and outbound interactions. We needed to minimize double keying of information and the lengthy process for entering opportunity information. Magentrix has allowed us to automate workflows, saving approximately 60% of our time spent on manual processes, and made communication with our vendors and customers a lot easier.

**What do you like best about Magentrix PRM?**

Congratulations to Magentrix for having great team members like Vahid. Our use case was a bit different from a typical PRM perspective, but Magentrix was phenomenal in understanding our needs and providing exactly what we needed. This product is a great way to extend and share Salesforce data with clients. Magentrix was quite easy to learn and many things can be done by our company administrator.

**What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?**

Nothing so far. There isn't much to dislike, if there is any limitation it exists with the appearance, but this is quite insignificant when compared to the benefits. Graphs and charts could be a bit more robust. We are very happy with this company.

**Recommendations to others considering Magentrix PRM:**

Go ahead and try, they were very quick in implementing a POC for us and convinced us immediately. I believe that the attention you receive during the sales process continues during your implementation and, furthermore, I have implemented PRM solutions in major IT players and Magentrix is simple and effective. It is an amazing platform that allows you to configure and be in production in less than 1 hour.

**What problems is Magentrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a client portal that is easy to manage and quick to implement. Benefits We solve problems with Human Resources, sales department, customer service, logistics, operations, fleet management, and database management that allow us to have better real-time information that can be shared with clients and internal employees to improve customer satisfaction after evaluating a number of options, we landed on Magentrix as the best option to replace the Salesforce portal.

Its an easy platform that help you to work with several areas and teams, with correct information, in a real-time sharing process. Also the contact center has a good time of response.

Is an amazing platform that allow you to set up and be in production in less than 1 hour. You need to have clear the process to identify the correct information and workflow.

I'm working with serveral areas inside the company. We have resolve issues with Human Resources, Sales department, Customer Care, Logistics, Operations, Fleet management and database management that allow us have better information in real time that could be shared with clients and internal staff to improve Customer satisfaction.

Magentrix provides all the tools necessary to build out a comprehensive partner portal with robust training resources and fantastic customer service. The ability to customize the user experience and content for different use cases is extremely valuable. Administration is fairly intuitive and the Salesforce integration is invaluable.

**What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?**

I have not encountered any shortcomings with the application.  Setting up the portal can seem a bit overwhelming only because there are so many capabilities available.

**What problems is Magentrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Magentrix allows us to serve a fairly complex partner community consisting of numerous types of channel and referral partners with customized portals, content and opportunity tracking.  It has allowed us to dramatically scale our partner training and enablement.

Out of many PRMs, we have checked we found Magentrix to be a market leader in every aspect we tested.
Starting with SF integration, continuing with deal registration and a great training module containing courses & learning paths. 
Magentrix have reached our expectation and helped us take it to the next level with our partners.

**What do you like best about Magentrix PRM?**

The ability to have a simplified portal for customers to view their open cases and view security advisories; as well as for the partners to go in and register deals is a great advantage. Magentrix does everything that our business workflows require. It's highly customizable and easy to maintain. On top of being a great platform, Magentrix offers excellent support and customer service that is unparalleled to any other vendor. 

**What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?**

I haven't come across anything so far that I really "dislike" about Magentrix. Of course, every application has it's pros and cons and with Magentrix, there are more pros and rarely any cons. So yeah, hard to answer that question.

**What problems is Magentrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to reduce our costs associated with the PRM that comes with Salesforce. Magentrix covers all our business needs - easy to onboard partners, drive demand through the channel, provide training to channel partners and make it efficient to register and follow deals. The benefits of using Magentrix is intuitive and clutter free interface and keeping the costs low.

Magentrix has an innate desire to immerse itself in your project and take what is already an extremely useful and highly customizable platform and take it to whatever level you desire. They see something "new" as an exciting challenge and help mold your expectations and desires to fit the platform. In some cases they even adjusted the platform to meet my requirements. Truly special experience. 

**What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?**

I really don't have any specific complaints. The challenges I faced would never have been completed without their help.

**Recommendations to others considering Magentrix PRM:**

Clearly define what you need done and provide that scope to Magentrix from Step 1. This will get you where you need very quickly and they will help solve those unique and complex situations that you might not know how to make fit within the highly-customizable platform that is Magentrix. Remember that Magentrix is NOT just a connector to the Force Platform but rather an entirely customizable platform of its own that will interface with Salesforce and any other environments you have. 

**What problems is Magentrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a Customer Portal front-end for our Force Platform. We use the platform for basic CRM but also as our ITIL V3 Ticketing System. We needed a space where we could bring on partners, customers, and employees that could interface with CRM objects as well as facilitate customer/partner support requests. Magentrix did this with ease.

**What do you like best about Magentrix PRM?**

We evaluated 3 online portal solutions and settled on Magentrix as they deliver the best price-performance/ capabilities combination. One of the major factors being their ability to support multiple languages. It has all the necessary tools out-of-the-box and simple to understand pricing. We are also pleasantly surprised to find that Magentrix supports customization using HTML and C++ for processes that are specific to our needs. Most importantly, Magentrix assigned a great team of support engineers and project manager that made the difference. Kudos to Magentrix to having great team members like Vahid. 

**What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?**

For large enterprises, pricing can escalate very quickly if you intend to have many internal users. I would suggest that you go through an SOW exercise and understand the add-on costs before proceeding.

**Recommendations to others considering Magentrix PRM:**

I have implemented PRM solutions in major IT players and Magentrix is simple and effective. It takes the complexity out of building a PRM for a mid-size MNC. It is ideal for start-ups or those who are starting to look into PRM for the first time. I would recommend that you do a detailed scoping that will result in a SOW for your needs to understand the full cost impact.

Partner onboarding, deal registration/ deal desk, marketing support and partner collaboration. Yes and more.

**What do you like best about Magentrix PRM?**

We had a homegrown PRM, and when I began looking for a replacement I looked at six or more PRM SaaS offerings; Magentrix stood head and shoulders above them in terms of admin interface, features, and capabilities. I've been using Magentrix now for about 2.5 years, and remain very happy with the choice. The platform itself is very powerful, and has features that we are not using yet but I know they are there for the future. And the Magentrix team is incredible -- very responsive, always helpful, and patient when I was a newbie. 

**What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?**

I'm not a coder, and setting up new pages can be quite complex. But the Magentrix team is always willing to help and get the end result I need very quickly.

**What problems is Magentrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now, we are using what I consider "basic level" Magentrix, mainly for partner registration, deal registration, and certain sales tools. We use permissions to 'gate" content; for example, some of our business-confidential documents are available only to our company's sales personnel (and not to partners or non-sales company personnel). Compared to our old homegrown PRM, Magentrix is far easier to use and administer, and gives us the flexibility to adapt quickly as we grow our channel programs.

**What do you like best about Magentrix PRM?**

Great product, in my opinion, their main advantage is they are very flexible, open to listening to customers and making changes accordingly.

Overall, I've had a good experience working with them. POC was fast, in a matter of days I had a portal up and running, fully customized to my liking. Support and PS teams are very responsive and willing to help.

**What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?**

Small things that are missing when compared to more robust solutions, such as better dashboards or automation or workflow tools, the search capabilities leave much to be desired. In some aspects, their product is still in an early stage (compared to leaders such as SFDC).

**Recommendations to others considering Magentrix PRM:**

Go ahead and try it, they were really fast on implementing a POC for us and we were convinced right away.

Scope to do anything we need. We are software developers and find that we can create custom pages, code, scripts or whatever we need to do to offer users what they need from a support portal.

**What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?**

Just a few functionality shortfalls. Needs a general purpose search function. Would be great to be able to view more document types without downloading.

**What problems is Magentrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration with SalesForce to give users a 24/7 service for support cases, Solutions and other custom objects; integration with azure based licence management and SalesForce to allow users to licence our software online, Blogs on technical issues, separate from main company website blog, customer-specific portal with sub-set of main objects, or with additional custom features; online storage for users to download our software; custom pages to streamline user experience.
Benefits: our helpdesk is now focused on helping users to use the software instead of helping them install and licence. We can see exactly which users is using which resources and can respond proactively.
And the integration with SalesForce is faultless.

Can be a little cumbersome to configure for certain use cases. Charts and graphs could be a little more robust.

Magentrix is a highly customisable and flexible solution that added substantial improvements to our internal processes and client access.  We are based in Australia yet the service and support is without doubt, the best I have experienced with any technology developer/provider.   Vahid and his team are exceptional.

Not very much to dislike, if anything there is some limitation with the look and feel but that is quite insignificant when compared to the benefits.

As a bespoke finance company with a unique yet complex product offering, Magentrix enabled us to provide 
our clients with a powerful online platform for processing new business, reporting and in-house training.

**What do you like best about Magentrix PRM?**

Magentrix came to our rescue when we were in a time crunch to implement a "technology partner relationship management" platform. Our use case was slightly different from a typical PRM perspective but Magentrix was phenomenal in understanding our needs and delivering exactly what we needed. 
They are a small team but extremely efficient and the quality of people they have is a great example of how teams should grow organically. They maintain the same level of engagement throughout the process and their customer support is outstanding. The fact that they allow customers to trial their product and even onboard beta customers before signing a contract is what sets them apart form the rest. It also shows the amount of confidence they have in their platform. Special shout out to Vahid, Jessica and Paul. Keep up the good work guys.

**What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?**

Nothing so far. I think they do have the potential to expand their offering a little bit to include professional services for more integration with their platform.

We used their platform to establish a technology partner program. This is more technology focussed and less sales related. Using this platform, we make information and tools available to our partners so that they can interop with our services.

Our goal is to share data with our partners and to allow them to share pipeline information with us. The portal provides an efficient and consistent means to do this with data flow to and from Salesforce. It also reduces the amount of work that internal teams have to do to keep partners up to date.
