**What do you like best about MaestroQA?**

I like the way our tickets get reviewed and it helps us get more information about our tickets. The way markings are mentioned makes it more clear for us so that we can perform well in the future.

**What do you dislike about MaestroQA?**

Everything there is very good. However, to make it better one suggestion I would like to add is that there is no comment section where we can directly chat with the auditors so that we can get more information regarding the same ticket.

**What problems is MaestroQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The way we get the markdowns regarding every single sentence some times to get better knowledge about the ticket and get more information where as a support advisor we are lacking so that  we can get better results in the future

I like the breakdown of each section they are able to grade in a ticket/call. It's really helpful to know which things we excel at and which sections we need maybe a little more work on.

Nothing that I can think of. I think it works great!

**What problems is MaestroQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its helping me solve how fast I need to respond back to customers via chat. I'm starting to realize how fast 2 minutes can be so that I don't get a point missing off my score.

**What do you like best about MaestroQA?**

The Maestro helps you to speed up your search for QA scores, as well as your coaching sessions with your leaders. You can also view the to do's, feedback and of course your graded tickets which is good.

**What do you dislike about MaestroQA?**

I never encountered downsides upon using Maestro. It is really helpful and most of the time all the required data and information can easily be viewed on the system.

**Recommendations to others considering MaestroQA:**

Maestro is the best way to create a quality team calibration. No hesitations needed.

**What problems is MaestroQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is nothing at most disliking maestro. Because most of the time, QA scores are updated that soon. All incoming score rubrics are well posted and updated. Which is good.

The best part of MQA is the ease of the software and ability to navigate things and explain replication easily.

**What do you like best about MaestroQA?**

Maestro is a get performance analysis tool, its easy to use and helps me to evaluate myself and form solid plans for future growth. Compared to other QU tools it is simple and easy and keeps all my reviews in one place and consistent.

**What do you dislike about MaestroQA?**

The only thing, I dislike about Maestro is that I can sometimes feel overwhelmed by the diversity of options. I would like to have key flows and reports available in a menu so that I can jump to that information quickly and easily.

It helps me to communicate easily with my reviewers and to share my insights on their points. This creates great dialouge and helps with growth and directed coaching.

**What do you like best about MaestroQA?**

Rating cases are very helpful and easy in Maestro, one gets a clear and detailed picture of the audits done and the rating shared. As per QA, it's helpful as after the tickets are graded, one can change the score if incorrectly done. Maestro is an amazing tool to work upon. It's very easy and convenient to audit cases, coach teammates etc. Will recommend everyone use it and everyone should use this tool.

**What do you dislike about MaestroQA?**

I dislike nothing about Maestro because rating on a document or google document is hard as compared to a rating in Maestro. Checking audits editing them and giving coaching was never this easy.

**Recommendations to others considering MaestroQA:**

When you use it, you will come to know that there is no better tool than this

**What problems is MaestroQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems that I had before were auditing the cases in a form, and then if an incorrect rating is given we used to go find the form and edit it, in Maestro we could simply put the case number and edit the column to find a particular case even  if it was audited along back

The Coach Feature and the current score and grades after clicking on every attribute when auditing.

**What do you dislike about MaestroQA?**

Nothing as of the moment. Maybe a suggestion that on the homepage, the case number will be included once done auditing a certain teammate.

**What problems is MaestroQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to audit as it helps us providing additional feedback on each attribute and coach agents if needed. It's also easy to identify if there's anything you've missed through the score.

The downside of MaestroQA or least helpful feature of it is the date range which is limited to 3 months only. It would be of great help if it can filter at least 6 months.

Quality Assurance of the business. It helps provide a detailed and concise overview of the behaviours that impact the company. It helps increase the productivity and efficiency level.

**What do you like best about MaestroQA?**

QA software helps agents and managers run a successful call center by measuring customers' or members' expectations compared to team performance. The QA process allows you to better meet customer/member expectations, leading to increased customer loyalty as well as customer satisfaction.

**What do you dislike about MaestroQA?**

Some of the gradings were unfair or performed poorly. I had a few "auto fails" that I had to appeal and get corrected because the agents skimmed through the ticket instead of thoroughly looking through it.

MaestroQA helps us as agents have better member interactions. I benefited personally from MaestroQA because the system helped boost my voice and professionalism.

It is very simple to use, logic and arranges the data in an easy-to-understand way. Accessing the information and accepting feedback is well-organised.

Most companies use Excel for QA. Maestro is a QA specific tool that simplifies and gathers all info in one place.

that it marks the metrics on your calls, also how they grade them, and that you can see how is your score whenever you want to , that's something I loved from Maestro

To the moment, I've been using Maestro and checking almost all the features and I couldn't say a thing that I dislike of Maestro to be really honest it an awesome app

Maestro is a great way to access the quality of the member interactions by agents. I use grammerly to keep the grammer correct. This allows it to outshine its competitors.

**What do you dislike about MaestroQA?**

I think the boxes used to specify correct procedures within each section, should be required individually as opposed to per section and should register score only when checked.

It solves the problem of providing regular adjustments for agents while educating them. Yes it does make me more productive and has increased my businesses performance.

The information that is readily available such as QA Scoring, the most recent scores, the color coding, it is all very easy to leverage in a conversation with one another.  Creating the coaching segments are smooth and we have pre-created macros to help with the guidance.

**What do you dislike about MaestroQA?**

I would like to see more of the reporting aspect made available on the coaching page.  Being able to not switch between either or both and allow for simple access to the reporting that was provided and the results I queried.

**Recommendations to others considering MaestroQA:**

Use the heck out of it, so you can see how it can fully support you!

**What problems is MaestroQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is supporting and solving the problem of redundancy when gathering details and data needed to communicate in the coaching/1:1 space.  I can simply add scoring to my coaching, specific points to highlight, and areas that I would copy paste into another area is made simple.

The sections are evenly bifurcated which makes it easy to navigate between them. Also, the coaching sessions are worth.

**What do you dislike about MaestroQA?**

There should be a comment section where we can comment our views regarding the auditor's comments on our ticket so that we can have the clear explanation of the comment.

It gives us the second perspective on our tickets so that we can try to change our vision of seeing the merchant's query in deep which in turn helps quality.

You can filter to find exactly what you looking for. By name, date range, ticket number, etc. This helps us find a specific concern, date or issue.

Currently, I do not have any dislikes about Maestro.

**What problems is MaestroQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maestro is helping our customer service team become excellent! By grading their tickets, they get to visibly see what they did wrong, said wrong, etc. We can coach them on a specific issue if we see a trend happening.

The program is very intuitive and has lots of features that prove to be useful. Everything I need to provide weekly analysis and helpful reports are in one solid program, and the updates are always great as well!

**What do you dislike about MaestroQA?**

Sometimes there's features I'd like to see added and sometimes changes are not the best but at least we have the option to leave feedback and make suggestions too!

Make use of all the features available and take note of the ones that are not so that you can provide feedback that is hopefully implemented

Providing updates to help quicken the process to grade agents and make it easier to organize them

The interface! It's so messy looking!!!!

Maestro has detailed information so everything I need to know about a ticket is there. It is very easy to use but the interface is very boring and needs a fun appearance and design for people like me who are more engaged when there are colors and images (if you know what I mean).

The simplicity with which you can create scorings, coaching sessions, and multiple scorecards.

**What do you dislike about MaestroQA?**

Reporting is not very friendly and we need to make it more user-friendly for the specialists to feel more attracted to use it.

**Recommendations to others considering MaestroQA:**

Make it more interactive for specialists that are accessing Maestro QA to check their scorings and their coaching.
Being able to have all behaviors as PASS/FAIL in a scorecard from the start (not to go manually through all the behaviors to check them if we know they are all PASS/FAIL).

**What problems is MaestroQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Upgrading and improving the coaching parts and the workspace, but also adding internal notes.

That it keeps track of all tickets completed and lets you know how close you are to reaching 100%.

We are only able to see tickets 3 months into the past.

**What do you like best about MaestroQA?**

Zendesk integration is good, provides plenty of information. Allows automation and detailed filtering. The ability to allow agents to self evaluate is a welcome addition.

**What do you dislike about MaestroQA?**

Reporting and API is clunky and not as smooth as it could be. Other tools allow API to retun JSON, but we've only been able to trigger XLS file generation with API calls

**What problems is MaestroQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows evaluating agents, calibrating and collecting data to assist with improving work as well as procedural quality by identifying key opportunities through review.

Easy to use software that allows us to identify issues, coach agents, and measure impact. Easy to export results, create graphs and track the metrics of the agents

**What do you dislike about MaestroQA?**

It has some limitations, UI is not very user friendly, we changed to Klaus because it offered a better support, it is more intuitive for the agents and also allowed us to integrate it with other softwares

**Recommendations to others considering MaestroQA:**

It is not bad, however, there are a couple of other software that do the same and are a bit more intuitive to use

.Mostly it was for reviewing agent conversations, outlining improvement plans, and charting the evolution of agents over time. It also allowed to identify the main process failures and to proceed with their correction
