What do you like best about Marketing 360?

Hello, this is Jan Van Noord with Stewart construction and Carpentry. I’d like to let you know what my experience has been like with marketing 360.

Genuinely I’m very content with the experience I’ve had with Chrissy at marketing 360 Brandon and Krissy have both been a wonderful help especially working with Krissy. She has delivered expedient results to my account. They’ve been very professional In everything that they contribute to my account referring to,Stewart Construction and Carpentry. I do not want to discredit Krissy in anyway,she has been very helpful And I believe in giving great credit were Phenomenal credit is due,what we cast out in life,and what emotions and What intrinsic values we thrust out into life we receive them back tenfold.

I definitely want to give them good credit Wher good credit is due. They’ve done amazing job my account, and they are continuing to do so . May God be with all of us!

What problems is Marketing 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hi, this is Jan VanNoord, With , Stewart Construction and Carpentry. The service I have experienced at marketing 360 sucks I’ve been working with Krissy on my website. My website is halfway completed. I don’t get any leads that would occur to bathroom remodels, kitchen, remodels, or roofing, and if I get any leads whatsoever the jobs are either too huge or something we don’t even offer. They’ve told me they would help us out with my Google guaranteed website and it’s been three months and that website still hasn’t came up or transpired. They tell me they’re going to help me out and bring results but they haven’t brought any results all I’ve done is flush $9000 down the drain with this company, they are pretty much there to take your money and when you need them they’re nowhere to be found I would suggest to stay away from this company !

As a matter of fact, my Google account Google business account is now suspended and I don’t have anything to show any other client that I have a Google account because it is suspended.

Marketing 360 sucks.

Marketing 360 is an all-in-one shop that has helped us attain month to month growth consistnetly since we first signed on with them nearly eighteen months ago. I'd say they bring a total solutions package of advertising and SEO upgrades, and their platform allows you to integrate many features that you may have been doing separately includeing email marketing. What do you like best about Marketing 360?

Our Marketing Success Manager, Payton Williams, was very easy to work with, super responsive, and helpful. Our bi-weekly meetings were always productive and Payton shared insights that were helpful to the company. The platform is well put together, too. Very easy to use. What do you like best about Marketing 360?

When I first started a few years ago, they helped me with my SEO, local reputation and keeping up with my website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unfortunately, the last 6 months has been different. While my account manager seems to be a very nice person, I don't feel like there is adequate communication and I've really struggled to get them to listen to my feedback about what my actual goals are. What problems is Marketing 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before 6 - 9 months ago, my website looked professional and it seemed as though I could get my account manager to respond relatively quickly. Now, it seems like when my new account manager is available or interested (often because I am threatening to leave), my leads go back up and changes to my website get made. I also think it's pricey for me since I am a sole provider and most of my counterparts don't spend half as much as I do. It's been frustrating because I used to really like them. I've been a corporate CIO and have worked with a number of different companies as CIO and a management consultant.

This is one of the worst and the only company I've worked with who is not willing to work with me on getting to an acceptable settlement - wont' even let me talk with a company leader to mutually resolve the issues - or at least provide an opportunity to understand each other's positions.

Unfortunately, sales team promised and delivery team couldn't. Charged 3 months payments over over 2 months, even after I asked them to stop.

Nothing delivered per agreement during that time.

Basic things like colors not following corp standards (which were provided) , pictures not following any semblance of correlation to text, missing text, text that didn't make sense at all. Even after detailed document with text, couldn't follow and same results.

For example, they changed the colors of our logo. After asking changes, they changed colors on one page and didn't touch others. I would not believe this if I didn't see it for myself.

As issues were brought up, they fall back on their supposed contract which isn't really a contract.

Tried to work this out, but they still couldn't deliver, charged me even though I told them not to and now they're not willing to let me talk with anyone in charge- basically threats of charging break up fee and will forgive that and another $1200 made up fee which is less than the monthly amount.

Please contact me if you had similar issues and pursued a claim with them- seems like they won't listen to us individually. Let's band together and see if they'll address us as a group. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Marketing 360?

Nothing. Please note that before I wrote this, I tried to make things right. I'm not a complainer. But I protect myself and I am someone who warns others of bad situations. I attempted to reach out to MARKETING 360 leadership with zero responses. I don't place bad reviews on a whim. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Marketing 360?

I came to Marketing 360 with the typical Digital Marketing, Website SEO and Content requirements. My sales engagement was great. They said all the right things and made the right promises. That's where it ended. Results, service, and communication was non existent. MARKETING 360 aka Madwire, messed up, basically everything they did for me. My website was launched without any foundational SEO applied to the pages. A relic from their template, a default sitemap, was launched with my site causing a best practices analyzer to show thousands of broken links. MARKETING 360 neglected to add any sort of protection to the managed WordPress site and the site was quickly hacked. This caused my client base and leads to get redirected to a weird website for a couple of weeks. MARKETING 360 finally applied a fix and restored my site, unfortunately, the damage was done. I received 3 blog posts over the course of my engagement along with one additional web page added to my site. The blog posts weren't optimized using any sort of SEO, all of which show up with horrible SEO best practice rankings. The additional page was simply copied from another page on my site and they didn't change the content. It was a Neighborhood page for an area called Oceanside copied over to an area called Hidden Meadows. The title and menu name changed, but the content for Hidden Meadows still had copy for Oceanside and the property search was still returning Oceanside homes on the Hidden Meadows page. ZERO quality control. I can go on. But you get the idea. No attention to detail. Be very aware of the terms of service with MARKETING 360 with your ad spend. They keep any ad spend regardless if it's used for ads or not. I didn't see anywhere near the amount of money I paid for ad spend go to ad spend. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the contracted line that allows MARKETING 360 to keep the money regardless. Interesting addition to a contract, my bad for not catching it. You may want that adjusted before you sign if you decide to go with them. Possibly add incentive for them to use your hard earned money for what you expect it to be used for IN FULL or refund the difference. As I already said, I can go on, but I'm sure you get the idea. Look at the other recent reviews around the time of this review. Something is wrong. Hopefully MARKETING 360's leadership takes inventory and does the right thing. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I lost a ton of money to MARKETING 360. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Marketing 360?

I own and operate numerous businesses. I hired Marketing 360 because I opened a new Salon and Hair Extension store. Boy! Their salesmen really sold me on how awesome they were, and that couldn't be further from the truth. The website they built was garbage and super unappealing for prospective customers (it also took them 6 months to build when they told me 2 weeks). It would take so long for them to make any changes to the site, and their SEO and Social Marketing was garbage. My highschool son with no professional experience completely tore their work apart. It's a super joke of a company. I reached out numerous times with my issues going up the management ladder and nothing changed. I fired them and had a way better site built in a week for a tiny fraction of the cost, as well as having SEO marketing done that actually focussed on the right demographics. Do not use this company. They recommended a bunch of stuff that they are incapable of. They sold me on services that they have not been able to deliver. The communication is absolutely terrible. They don't follow through or follow up and the quality of the work that they do is trash. Not to mention they string out the time to make you responsible for paying longer term.

I came to Marketing360 with specific needs, not only missed all of my deadlines, suggested redoing my website-that took a month and it looked like something my child could have done. I ended up having to pay someone else to do it. By which it looked tremendously better and only took a week. When I told them I'd like to terminate, they fell silent. Yet I'm still paying and NO SERIVICES HAVE BEEN RENDERED IN 2 MONTHS! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
