**What do you like best about Marketing 360?**

Their individualized approach to our business has been impressive. Our Marketing Manager Anastasia and her team have taken the time to get to know our business, our industry, and made adjustments to help us become competitive with other companies in our area. Even when we have concerns in other areas of our business not directly related to marketing, she has listened and offered ideas or solutions we might try. Once I learned the location of everything within the Marketing 360 portal, I loved the opportunity to go and check on our numbers without needing to contact our Marketing Manager. Incorporating Marketing 360 in to our daily tasks has made keeping track our our CRM, Social Media, and Marketing success so much simpler.

**What do you dislike about Marketing 360?**

Some of the integration with the Marketing 360 portal and social media platforms is a bit glitchy or laborious. However, I have seen improvement and hope they will continue.

**What problems is Marketing 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Marketing was one area where we were lacking in knowledge and success. It helped us create a brand new website, marketing strategy, a presence on Google Business, and has helped us build an organized CRM.

**What do you like best about Marketing 360?**

Marketing 360 is an all-in-one shop that has helped us attain month to month growth consistnetly since we first signed on with them nearly eighteen months ago.  I'd say they bring a total solutions package of advertising and SEO upgrades, and their platform allows you to integrate many features that you may have been doing separately includeing email marketing.

My only dislike is that there is not a lot of check in from management.

Working with Marketing360 has been vastly beneficial to our business. The whole team provides the knowledge and efficiency that we need to excel at marketing. Specifically, working with Ally over the past couple years has been the best experience. Her expertise and excellence is top notch, she is absolutely wonderful to work with.

There aren't many downsides to Marketing360. They are constantly updating their systems to improve user experience and the platform is very easy to use. They have great customer support and truly care to help your business thrive.

When owning and operating 4 businesses things as important as marketing can fall to the wayside. Marketing360 helps us to not only manage and keep our marketing efforts consistent, but they also continue to analyze and optimize those efforts over time. Our Marketing Success Manager, Payton Williams, was very easy to work with, super responsive, and helpful. Our bi-weekly meetings were always productive and Payton shared insights that were helpful to the company. The platform is well put together, too. Very easy to use.

The only reason why we ended our subscription is because we just no longer needed the service. It was great otherwise.

**What do you like best about Marketing 360?**

When I first started a few years ago, they helped me with my SEO, local reputation and keeping up with my website.

**What do you dislike about Marketing 360?**

Unfortunately, the last 6 months has been different.  While my account manager seems to be a very nice person, I don't feel like there is adequate communication and I've really struggled to get them to listen to my feedback about what my actual goals are.  It feels at times as though they are just too busy.

**What problems is Marketing 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before 6 - 9 months ago, my website looked professional and it seemed as though I could get my account manager to respond relatively quickly.  Now, it seems like when my new account manager is available or interested (often because I am threatening to leave), my leads go back up and changes to my website get made.  I also think it's pricey for me since I am a sole provider and most of my counterparts don't spend half as much as I do.  It's been frustrating because I used to really like them.

I wanted this to work so bad.  They have really good sales people.

**What do you dislike about Marketing 360?**

I've been a corporate CIO and have worked with a number of different companies as CIO and a management consultant.  

This is one of the worst and the only company I've worked with who is not willing to work with me on getting to an acceptable settlement - wont' even let me talk with a company leader to mutually resolve the issues - or at least provide an opportunity to understand each other's positions.

Unfortunately, sales team promised and delivery team couldn't.  Charged 3 months payments over over 2 months, even after I asked them to stop.

Nothing delivered per agreement during that time.

Basic things like colors not following corp standards (which were provided) , pictures not following any semblance of correlation to text, missing text, text that didn't make sense at all.  Even after detailed document with text, couldn't follow and same results.

For example, they changed the colors of our logo.  After asking changes, they changed colors on one page and didn't touch others.  I would not believe this if I didn't see it for myself.

As issues were brought up, they fall back on their supposed contract which isn't really a contract.

Tried to work this out, but they still couldn't deliver, charged me even though I told them not to and now they're not willing to let me talk with anyone in charge- basically threats of charging break up fee and will forgive that and another $1200 made up fee which is less than the monthly amount.

Please contact me if you had similar issues and pursued a claim with them- seems like they won't listen to us individually.  Let's band together and see if they'll address us as a group.

**What do you like best about Marketing 360?**

Nothing.  Please note that before I wrote this, I tried to make things right.  I'm not a complainer.  But I protect myself and I am someone who warns others of bad situations.  I attempted to reach out to MARKETING 360  leadership with zero responses.  I don't place bad reviews on a whim.

**What do you dislike about Marketing 360?**

I came to Marketing 360 with the typical Digital Marketing, Website SEO and Content requirements.  My sales engagement was great.  They said all the right things and made the right promises.  That's where it ended.  Results, service, and communication was non existent.  MARKETING 360 aka Madwire, messed up, basically everything they did for me.  My website was launched without any foundational SEO applied to the pages.  A relic from their template, a default sitemap, was launched with my site causing a best practices analyzer to show thousands of broken links.   MARKETING 360 neglected to add any sort of protection to the managed WordPress site and the site was quickly hacked.  This caused my client base and leads to get redirected to a weird website for a couple of weeks.  MARKETING 360 finally applied a fix and restored my site, unfortunately, the damage was done.  I received 3 blog posts over the course of my engagement along with one additional web page added to my site.  The blog posts weren't optimized using any sort of SEO, all of which show up with horrible SEO best practice rankings.  The additional page was simply copied from another page on my site and they didn't change the content.  It was a Neighborhood page for an area called Oceanside copied over to an area called Hidden Meadows.  The title and menu name changed, but the content for Hidden Meadows still had copy for Oceanside and the property search was still returning Oceanside homes on the Hidden Meadows page.  ZERO quality control.  I can go on.  But you get the idea.  No attention to detail.  Be very aware of the terms of service with MARKETING 360 with your ad spend.  They keep any ad spend regardless if it's used for ads or not.  I didn't see anywhere near the amount of money I paid for ad spend go to ad spend.  Unfortunately, I didn't catch the contracted line that allows MARKETING 360 to keep the money regardless.  Interesting addition to a contract, my bad for not catching it.  You may want that adjusted before you sign if you decide to go with them.  Possibly add incentive for them to use your hard earned money for what you expect it to be used for IN FULL or refund the difference.  As I already said, I can go on, but I'm sure you get the idea.  Look at the other recent reviews around the time of this review.  Something is wrong. Hopefully MARKETING 360's leadership takes inventory and does the right thing.  Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.   I lost a ton of money to MARKETING 360.

They're hoping I go away.  Although I did get a discounted month of billing...  The amount discounted doesn't make up for the horrible experience and lost time/money.  Not even close.

Genuinely I’m very content with the experience I’ve had with Chrissy at marketing 360 Brandon and Krissy have both been a wonderful help especially working with Krissy. She has delivered expedient results to my account. They’ve been very professional In everything that they contribute to my account referring to,Stewart Construction and Carpentry. I do not want to discredit Krissy in anyway,she has been very helpful And I believe in giving great credit were Phenomenal credit is due,what we cast out in life,and what emotions and What  intrinsic values we thrust out into life we receive them back tenfold.

 I definitely want to give them good credit Wher good credit is due. They’ve done amazing job my account, and they are continuing to do so . May God be with all of us!

Hi, this is Jan VanNoord, With , Stewart Construction and Carpentry. The service I have experienced at marketing 360 sucks I’ve been working with Krissy on my website. My website is halfway completed. I don’t get any leads that would occur to bathroom remodels, kitchen, remodels, or roofing, and if I get any leads whatsoever the jobs are either too huge or something we don’t even offer. They’ve told me they would help us out with my Google guaranteed website and it’s been three months and that website still hasn’t came up or transpired. They tell me they’re going to help me out and bring results but they haven’t brought any results all I’ve done is flush $9000 down the drain with this company, they are pretty much there to take your money and when you need them they’re nowhere to be found I would suggest to stay away from this company !
As a matter of fact, my Google account Google business account is now suspended and I don’t have anything to show any other client that I have a Google account because it is suspended.
Marketing 360 sucks.

I own and operate numerous businesses. I hired Marketing 360 because I opened a new Salon and Hair Extension store. Boy! Their salesmen really sold me on how awesome they were, and that couldn't be further from the truth. The website they built was garbage and super unappealing for prospective customers (it also took them 6 months to build when they told me 2 weeks). It would take so long for them to make any changes to the site, and their SEO and Social Marketing was garbage. My highschool son with no professional experience completely tore their work apart. It's a super joke of a company. I reached out numerous times with my issues going up the management ladder and nothing changed. I fired them and had a way better site built in a week for a tiny fraction of the cost, as well as having SEO marketing done that actually focussed on the right demographics.  Do not use this company.

Upon initial conversations, they sell the dream well.

They recommended a bunch of stuff that they are incapable of. They sold me on services that they have not been able to deliver. The communication is absolutely terrible. They don't follow through or follow up and the quality of the work that they do is trash. Not to mention they string out the time to make you responsible for paying longer term.

I came to Marketing360 with specific needs, not only missed all of my deadlines, suggested redoing my website-that took a month and it looked like something my child could have done. I ended up having  to pay someone else to do it. By which it looked tremendously better and only took a week. When I told them I'd like to terminate, they fell silent. Yet I'm still paying and NO SERIVICES HAVE BEEN RENDERED IN 2 MONTHS!

Marketing 360 will become what you want it to be. Whether you want a full-fledged CRM, content creation and management platform, digital media marketing platform or all of these features in one place, you can get it here. Also, if you are looking for something extraordinary at quite a reasonable pricing, I think this will suit and cater your needs. From freelancers to small companies and from medium-sized to enterprises, Marketing 360 is a solution for you all. We have been using it as our sole software in the E-commerce department, and the results have indeed surprised us. There is no hesitation in choosing it!

**What do you dislike about Marketing 360?**

There are a few things that need to be sorted on this platform. First of all, it’s reach. It is only available in the North American region for now and if you want to use it globally, just forget about it. The second thing is the support. The support is available for only a limited time period, which is not a favorable situation. Marketing 360 is our CRM on which we are highly dependent, although it works fine now but I think for future customers, they need to lessen the burden they have put on the dashboard, everything you need is there and where for some – some people find it hard to navigate.

This feature-enriched platform helps us with almost anything and everything we want and need on a regular basis. We have been using it and I must say that it is one of those incredible platforms that are super easy to use, comes with quality features, and the pricing will make you awe in wonder.

From the start, they told us what to expect and have outdone themselves. They keep us updated weekly on the projects they are working on for us and will give us suggestions and ideas we never thought of, which is giving us great results.

I can honestly say we haven't found anything we don't like about Marketing360/Madwire. Anastasia with Marketing360/Madwire is upfront and honest with us so that there are no surprises, which is hard to find these days. Anastasia has outdone herself and exceeded our expectations.

We are hiring more employees due to Marketing360 getting our name out to clients. Traffic to our website has increased a great deal and our phones never stop ringing all thanks to Anastasia and her team at Marketing360.

I experienced zero good things. I was sold on a new website design with new content to drive traffic and conversions. All they did was replicate my existing horrible site with a nicer font. They provided zero value and stole our money. They care 0.00% for the clients.

While working, working with software that gives a variety of features for marketing. It offers real-time analytics that works efficiently for the users’. Initial it allows free setup to get the user familiar with features. It gives user worthy experience to meet customers need. It's plus point is multi-location eCommerce management.

It lags at times which is frustrating for the users. This software is the less transparent dashboard. The interface is at the initial level. There is no additional automation available.

This software is helpful as compared to other options in this domain. Marketing dashboard is pretty effective to use. It offers multiple reporting options which make users interested to use this software. The initial presentation was the best part. Not much after that. I talked the partners into using this company for it's marketing due to a good presentation. Then 7 months later and $8000 all we have is a website that doesn't work. I am having my in-house team build a new one out and will hire a different marketing firm. I will revisit the money lost as I've two years to file. But now I have to work fast to get the egg off my face with my partners and get us back on schedule as now we are two months behind.

Inability to get a website functional. Simple tasks. Even had to instruct them on how to fix some of their errors.

Communication, availability of staff. Our experience working with Autumn Londo has been wonderful. She has explained every step of the process and is always willing to break down complicated marketing strategy into layman's terms. She has worked with us and our limited budget to maximize the benefits of marketing and has frequently checked in to make sure we are seeing results. The marketing 360 platform is easy to use and I love the ability to schedule all the social media posts in one place. I have been able to schedule a month's worth of posts at a time. I also find the website editing to be very easy when I need to make minor changes.

We have had some hiccups with the writers understanding the "vision" of our business, but those were just growing pains and the excellent leadership and editing from our marketing executive lead helped bring things on track quickly.

Integrating the website was a good thing. If you have any problems with your team, speak with your Executive account manager first to make changes.

Nothing, I can't say that a single thing about my experience has been pleasant. At the most, my account rep is a nice guy, but still doesn't necessarily make him good at his job. Absolutely everything, poor customer service, lack of communication, limited on-boarding support. I literally do not know where they are getting these good reviews from, because none of them have proven to be true in my case.

If you're considering "hiring" Marketing 360, don't! You need to run. I put quotes around "hiring" because this is not a marketing company, this is a SaaS company. They simply want you to spend money with them so that they can charge you for their CRM, and website software every month. You'd be much better off paying for a software that is built specifically for your industry rather than a general one like theirs. 

They market themselves as being incredible providers of SEO content, websites, and PPC campaign experts. I have been with this company for 6 months now. I've spent over $8,000 with them and I have received maybe 3 bad leads, and some poor excuse for content. They sometimes don't even respond to my emails. They will wait days to weeks just to get me on the phone for a response. Guess they don’t want things in writing?

Do not let the initial sales call fool you, it's all empty promises.They’ll try to tell you that they’re doing the right thing by creating a website for you for free.  My website was under construction for THREE MONTHS. Not a long time if the website was good, but it was a LOUSY excuse for a website. It got to the point where I didn’t even want them to make it anymore because we were wasting valuable time. Nothing on the website proves that it will convert sales, they only want to create you a new website so they can tie you in to it, because once you stop paying them the website doesn't exist anymore.

This company is a scam. They make promises on services that they never deliver. Then when you call them out, they never respond and shut down your access. They were allowed access to all of my company platforms (Facebook, google, etc.), and I have received not one ad. Now I am also trying to figure out how to release them from my google analytics. I have reached out multiple times requesting my funds back, and no response. 

Please stay away from this company. These other reviews are not just angry people; these are honest reviews. I spent my last hoping this would help my company. On their social media, they claim to want to help small businesses, but it is clear that they only want to steal from small businesses.

Having a marketing executive to work with!  We meet via Zoom weekly to review progress and resolve any problems,  and most important , look for opportunities to do better.

The dashboard report is very comprehensive but a bit like trying to take a sip from a fire hose.  I'm sure I'm not taking advantage of all that 's in the reports.   There is also a weekly email update report but there are no built-in comparisons.  Just looking at the number of impressions or clicks without any context such as the previous week or a simple up or down error would be more useful.  Probably could just do away with it.

The major plus has been turning around a sales plateau and gaining sales dollars and new customers.  The problem for us was how to to move from a physician-centered audience for marketing to an end-user patient centering.  The e-commerce marketing abilities of the Marketing 360 program were essential.  Reaching the professional medical audience with personal selling or journal advertising is too expensive for small products.

I love the fact that I do not have to think about what I should be advertising and how to have my venue seen by the right people. Let's just admit it.  In business, there are things we are great at and things we do not know. Marketing 360 knows how to get it done for my business.   Handing over the marketing areas of my business that I did not know how to handle was a bit scary at first, but my Marketing 360 team listened and implemented what I asked for and then executed in areas I didn't even think to ask for.   That is a worthwhile investment for any business!

I do not know how to market to the clientele I am trying to reach.   In the age of Google and social media, I feel overwhelmed and intimidated in understanding how and what to say to attract prospective clients. I know by the inquiries I get from prospective clients that it is working.  If I want to check my metrics, it is just a click away.

We hired them for Content Creation/SEO and Ads. After spending over $6000+ and 3 months we never actually received anything. Deadlines were missed and pushed off multiple times and after 3 months we had not received anything from them. They did however hijack our Google account without telling us that would happen and then made excuses after the fact. That took 2 weeks to get back and thousands of dollars in lost revenue. We asked for content to be created, and they finally attempted to throw a blog on our website that was just a few words after we asked to cancel.

Their experiential wisdom and personal rep. They worked with me to make my website more custom. I've always felt that if a company can grow to over 600 employees, they must understand marketing. I have tried other agencies with far less results and will not switch again.

They are not necessarily industry experts in our niche so it does take some cooperation as far as content and design preferences. That is to be expected. Sometimes your rep will promote and move on and I don't love transitioning to a new rep but I love that there is promotion from within there. The 360 dashboard could be a little more user friendly.

Driving new clients to our business. Some years, Marketing 360 can drive upwards of $1M in new revenue to our stores! It contains drip campaigns as well as auto responders and efficient list management for all contacts, along with the option to save your information on the marketing platform. A marketing consultant is active in organizing the metrics of the business. Depending on the client's activity, the program will automatically respond in one way or another.

It requires a lot of learning time for those who have not used marketing software like this. Payment and invoicing methods are limited, in this modality there should be more options available. In some functions the dashboard does not show the name of the tool you are looking for.

The Marketing 360 program is a mix of expertise and technology, ensuring consumers can get all the required resources for promoting and expanding their companies, as well as a dedicated marketing department that can take care of everything.

**What do you dislike about Marketing 360?**

N/A everything in this software is cool,I haven't fulfilled a requirement it didn't have, happy to use.
