When you get the data, you don't get direct dial phone numbers, only switchboard numbers which during the pandemic when people are working from home is not helpful.

Madison Logic was very agile in being able to distribute funds across different Financial Targets. They were able to pivot quickly based on our feedback and also make recommendations of their own.

There were times when we did not receive reports in a timely fashion and we had to reach out for them.

We heard from our sales organization that the leads weren't as good a quality as they would have liked  (mostly low intent).

Quality of service and leads are exceptional. Turnaround for quality leads has been the best to date when compared to similar businesses.

The way their landing pages are set up is limited. It's not the worst thing but the rigidity of where the image sits on page causes content flow around the image to be janky at times.

The team I've worked with at Madison Logic is great. They're responsive and able to answer questions. I handed over the lead information requirements and collateral. They set everything up and pressed go. The leads came in and were capped at the budget we set.

Platform provides account intent data based on engagement with content and keyword searches. Insights help identifying best performing assets and target accounts' technology interest. Overall a very mature platform for ABM campaigns that span through the stages of the buyer's journey. Most importantly it's the team at Madison Logic that makes the collaboration and execution seamless and successful. An exceptional sense of partnership between client and vendor.

Less successful lead generation in non-English speaking countries if the campaign is only run in those territories.

Account Based Marketing, demand generation for target accounts in key industries. We've managed to expand our reach, generate leads and drive them through a maturity journey by using intent data.

I like the multitude of information in the ML platform, as well as the glossary of terms that help guide the platform review. You are able to pull reports, go in-depth on many key metrics/KPI, and the user experience is fairly straightforward.

The naming conventions of the campaigns were a little confusing and did not particularly align with the campaign names we had created.

The idea of the platform is great.  However everything depends on the team assigned to the account and unfortunately we haven't had a good experience.

Failure to follow directions in email.  Not running campaigns as to scope. Failing to meeting contracted amount.

Common sense user interface with great targeting parameters and useful buyer intent data all available in the standard platform. Ability to target based on geography or target account list.

Lead estimate projections seem larger than what is actually feasible.

**What do you like best about Madison Logic Platform?**

The ability to target accounts in multiple ways like intent based marketing, technographics, or sharing our target lists. Additionally, the team at ML is very collaborative in working to design and optimize our campaigns. They have been very honest with helping us refine strategy and targeting criteria, helping us not waste resources.

**What do you dislike about Madison Logic Platform?**

The main downsides are the analytics - it's good to know if an account hit your website, but difficult to know the impact of that visit if you cannot see what pages that account has visited, from within the platform. There are work arounds, but that insight is missing from the platform.

**What problems is Madison Logic Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When the coronavirus pandemic took over the world, the live events and hospitality industry and the whole ecosystem around it was unsurprisingly hit especially hard. At Aventri, we recognized that there were potential opportunities for us to drive awareness to our brand due to this industry disruption. When our brand made a messaging pivot, we were able to target that message to companies that we recognized were competitor customers and we were able to directly deliver our targeted banner ads to these companies. Through two campaigns thus far, we have seen an increase in campaign reach, an increase in creative engagement, and as a result of those, an increase in site traffic from these target accounts.

Able to gather data on key accounts at a reasonable price.
A vendor that can push out display campaigns to the named accounts
About the generate quality content syndication leads

**What do you dislike about Madison Logic Platform?**

Some Salesforce connects is still in the works. They have some features but still needs to grow that API.

**Recommendations to others considering Madison Logic Platform:**

Worthwhile ABM tool that does give you the data to push MQA to your sales team. Some features are current in development that will make sending that data to Salesforce much easier but right now it's some what manual.

My Advise if you are thinking about using Madison Logic apart of your ABM program is they are a great source of ABM data (and their process will be much easier in the near future) however they don't do everything. Account ICP Scoring is not something I use Madison Logic for. There are other solutions that do better at this than Madison Logic.

Madison Logic offer a lot however something I get in the trap of is not pushing enough campaigns out. They have the bandwidth to do a lot of different types of campaigns however because of my bandwidth I don't push out as many campaigns as I would like.

Named account tracking and able to deploy tactics based on their behavior.

I like the clean UX - it's very easy to navigate the platform and pull the information/data I need. Of course, I'm grateful that our account team is always willing to help show me around, but I find it easy enough to just browse the platform on my own and pull reports whenever I need to! This is how every client-facing platform should be. I also appreciate the fact that we were able to integrate the platform with our Marketo instance.

**What do you dislike about Madison Logic Platform?**

I haven't found anything that I dislike yet.

**Recommendations to others considering Madison Logic Platform:**

Integration with a Marketo instance (if desired) doesn't have to be complicated. Rather than integrating individual fields, an option is to sync entire smart lists that are pre-configured on the client-side.

**What problems is Madison Logic Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The key problem I am solving = disconnects between nurture channel experiences. The Madison Logic platform's ability to integrate with Marketo is enabling us to keep our targeting and engagement consistent between email and retargeting nurture channels. 

In my role as a digital marketing program manager, there are multiple benefits, but I think the key benefit is quick/easy access to performance data. The platform is helping me gauge the effectiveness of the pilots/campaigns that I am running through Madison Logic. Being able to see Account Engagement metrics from my programs helps me realize the specific impact that the programs have on Citrix's overall demand gen marketing results, and the value of our partnership.

Madison Logic has been our go-to ABM partner and #1 source of high-quality opt-in leads. They have helped us surpass our lead gen goals efficiently and effectively. Additionally, we gain continuous insights as to what roles/personas are engaging with what types of content. They have helped me achieve rock star status with my colleagues. 

Their performance has justified the continuous growth of our partnership YOY. I also particularly appreciate their strong strategic planning and engagement throughout the year. "Set it and forget it" is not in their DNA.

**What do you dislike about Madison Logic Platform?**

We were challenged the first year with the lead reports not being fit for purpose to upload into our CRM; however, I don't blame Madison Logic for that. We have since worked together to find a solution. We now append the data (as needed) to sync to our CRM, and we've created form handlers to cut out the manual work. It was a learning; however,  we are running smoothly now.

I love them because their specialty is B2B (it's quite refreshing). The lead-gen component is a CPL model, so it simplifies planning/spend & potential ROI forecasting; however, I recommend coupling with display to improve account penetration rates (CPM model).

Also, to take full advantage of their capabilities, I suggest the API integration into Salesforce.

In APAC, it is difficult to find publishers to work with due to the limited volumes and capabilities, especially for developing markets like ID & KR. Madison Logic has huge volumes in all of APAC, both big and small markets, and have never met with an under-delivery issue. They have ABM targeting capabilities and intent topic targeting on top of the usual B2B targeting like industry and seniority. Above all, their rates are very competitive.

In terms of leads, we would pay for lots of clicks and conversions, that were no good to use. No we only pay for the best quality leads based on criteria we want. (ie. if we want leads from Senior Execs at Multinational Companies then we pay per lead. No more paying for leads from spam emails and prospects.)

We’ve worked with Madison Logic for the last 3 years expanding our relationship gradually during this time. It's easy to work with the team, and they are extremely flexible in updating the program as product/account priorities shift. In the past, we've seen as much as 40% of our accounts become Account-level MQLs where Madison Logic was a "pre-MQL" touch in a bigger ABM program. Last year, we attributed $11M+ in the influenced pipeline to Madison Logic campaigns.

I love that I can also ask the team to pull one off insights to inform other strategic planning decisions (TAM evaluation, growth projections, etc.)

The online dashboard can be clunky - can't always toggle between the account views in the way you'd like, sometimes sorting/filtering can be difficult. All the data is there, and if you ask the Account Team, they can always pull it from the backend and share - just introduces a delay

Everything that I initially liked proved to be a mirage.  Consider me a highly dissatisfied customer.

We were promised a list of prospects that had filled out a form to download our whitepaper.  Instead what we got was a dump of hundreds of contacts with mostly identical titles from mostly solid companies.  Given the timing of the results and the uniformity of the contacts, I was initially suspicious.  But we wanted to verify.   After a few weeks of having our SDRs (schedulers) chase these prospects, we landed zero meetings.  Many of the names were no longer with the listed company, nobody confirmed they filled out the form, and few had any interest in our space.  .
