Projects have broken when removing or renaming a lot of files at once. The Preview in the tool does not look like the output, so small changes require re-building the enitre project which can take a long time to complete. If an .htm file in Flare gets above 20 pages, Flare slows down a lot. The MS Word output is not very clean. **What problems is MadCap Flare solving and how is that benefiting you?** Single-sourcing. With Central we can at least track the topics users visit and the keywords they search for and find (or don't find). The review options also look promising, but we don't have licenses for multiple users yet, so for now, we are looking at using it to host previews that SMEs can access to view and provide comments outside of the tool. It's pretty easy to use and understand. **What do you dislike about MadCap Flare?** I wish I could exclude URLs (our internal test machines, for example) from the analytics. I wish it told us how long people visited topics. **What problems is MadCap Flare solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not knowing what areas of the help were most popular.
