Macro Reviews & Product Details

I love that my team and I can collaborate together on the best processes for onboarding new hires, closing new customers, executing renewals, etc. It's process documentation and process automation - all in the same tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm looking forward to Macro adding more in depth analytics around our past processes. It's a bit limited today but I think they're working on improvements here Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Macro is a great tool to use if you have tedious, complex processes that require many steps and/or many stakeholders. As someone in the Recruiting/Talent world, I find that most of the processes we build fall into that category. Macro presents a really solid solution to codify and execute those processes, and on top of that, it helps with knowledge transfer, alignment, and onboarding. Some other things to like are:

- Simple, intuitive design

- Easy onboarding/low learning curve

- Mix of manual and automated steps as you build processes

- Integrations with core tools like Gmail and Slack

Macro is still a young product, so there are some gaps in the feature set. That being said and as mentioned above, they seem to have a great team hustling to build out new features rapidly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
